Horrible service. Their storage containers are full of wood mites when it rains your stuff will be sure to be damaged. I refuse to pay for something that damaged all my property they came and took the storage containers from the place that I was renting, but I was able to take video of all my damage property And the wood rotting away neighbors were concerned that the containers were going to tip over. There was literally pieces of wood missing, holding them up.
Hi Mia, we understand that you are disappointed with the resolution to the payment issue, but after waiting for almost a year to address it, we felt you left us no other option. However, since your communications with us did not mention anything about the quality of our containers and was solely…
Would give 0 stars if I could! This company overcharged me every single month except the very first one! We have a written contract on the pricing and the company did not honor that price in the end. Instead they overcharged me and said I still owed them more money when I did not! Im still getting a bill from them for this month when I dont even have the storage anymore! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! BEWARE they will NOT honor any contract pricing they first give you and will overcharge you!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
It is unfortunate, Tiffany, that you did not understand our rates, terms and details regarding on property storage vs in warehouse storage. You were, on multiple occasions, advised verbally AND in writing that when a container comes into our secure warehouse the rental rates change.
Shady credit card charges! I called to have them pick up empty units and was told it would be a couple days because they were busy. They charged me for all those days. Never sent me a receipt or invoice. I have called several times and have always been told someone would call me back to resolve it. I still have yet to receive a call back and it's been 3 months.

Highly recommend. Extremely professional and accommodating. Always quick to answer all forms of communication. They were the easiest and smoothest part of my move as they gave me absolutely no issues and were on time and coordinated.

I’ve used Extra Space Storage for a few months now and I’m really satisfied. The units are clean and climate-controlled, which is important for protecting my items. I also appreciate how secure the facility is with gated access. Great customer service and fair pricing.
Storage valet personnel (Alex & Katie) are amazing! I was in need of storage to place valuable memorabilia and items that were in a mancave that was being remodeled. I did not want to deal with the hassle of driving to/from a storage facility, let alone risk our items being damaged or stolen. That's when I came across Storage Valet! I loved the fact that they were knowledgeable and completive to PODS. In addition, and most importantly they had availability immediately.
Hello again! Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We were more than happy to offer our help with your renovation. We hope you hear from you again next year should we be in a position to help! Wishing you a safe and very happy New Year. Talk soon. Thank you again.
I recently rented a storage container from Storage Valet. I rented 16x8 for a lot less money than my neighborhood Storage Facility. It was cool, Storage Valet delivered the container and placed it in my driveway and when I was finished, they came and picked it up, so convenient. I did not have to rent a van or truck, run to a local storage facility and pick up things I need. I just walked out to my driveway and opened the container and pulled out what I needed.
Hi Steve! Thank you for your review and kind words! It was our pleasure helping you with your restoration project...you were super easy to work with. We are happy we were here to help and hope you call on us anytime we may offer our assistance. Thank you again! Stay well and safe. Katie
