Somehow in seven days, half my things (and nearly all my things from my kitchen) went “missing” in their storage. Read the bad reviews. They are accurate. I will advocate for the company I work for to switch companies. This place is a joke. What a nightmare and I’m still dealing with it. So many brand new things that were just “lost.” You mean fell off the back of the truck, right?

Worst moving company ever. We had them for a relocation move and they lost a bunch of items and also damaged numerous items. We had to constantly follow up on reimbursement for all these items and they dragged the process on for months. The customer service for this company is poor at best. I would recommend you find a more reputable company and stay far away from this one!
Same company as Merchants. Called and gave them a detailed overview of what i was looking to get moved, gave them my email and was told I would receive a quote. I followed up 4 days later with no response, another follow up 4 days later with talking to a liver person and still no quote. I don't think these people want your business. 0 out of 5 stars.. .

I had a great experience with Bud Van Lines! Richard and his team were absolutely wonderful—so kind, helpful, and professional. They were very careful and gentle when packing everything, making sure everything was organized and handled properly. The unpacking process was also excellent. They worked hard to keep everything organized and cleaned up as much as possible afterward. Whatever I asked them to do, they were happy to help. Richard is such a cool, helpful, and genuinely nice guy.

We had Budd move us locally. I will admit that we thought we had everything packed up, but we didn't. We were stressed and in over our heads. John our driver showed up and calmed me down by saying, "dont worry, we got this". They packed the remaining items and over the next few days they moved 20 years of stuff and memories to our new house. Not one thing was damaged. In the new house nothing was scuffed, dinged or damaged. All of our stuff was perfectly in tact.
Budd Van Lines did an excellent job loading and delivering heirloom furniture from the East Coast to the Midwest. Alan Bronstein was again, our Corporate Moving Consultant on the third move with the company. Just like the previous relocations, our household goods were delivered on time and without damage to the properties or our furniture. Susan Datko, our Move Coordinator provided timely phone and email updates from the booking and through to delivery.
