In 2020 I sold my house and they took what I had left to store. This year we found a place to live and had them deliver our stuff. Mind you that the two storage units were full and I tried once to open the doors and they wouldn't go up. As I'm going through unpacking I find our I'm missing some of my stuff. I called them and told them that and they said everything was delivered. They might of delivered what was in the storage units then but what happened to my things that I'm missing?
Thank you for bringing this to our attention Sandy. Per our conversation, we'll be in touch this week to get this resolved for you.

We recently hired Mac’s Moving and Storage for our house that sold quickly!! They fit us in at the height of their busy season! This crew was top notch!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! They were the hardest working movers I have ever seen (very nice and polite also). They took amazing care with wrapping our furniture and getting it up the very many flights of stairs we had!! They are storing our furniture and moving it across the country when we need it!! We know that will go just as smoothly!!
Karen, it was a pleasure helping you navigate such a quick house sale in Whitewater. We are glad our crew could manage those many flights of stairs and get your furniture safely wrapped for its time in our storage. We look forward to seeing you again when it is time for your cross-country move.
My family and I got various quotes from different moving companies and decided on Macs as it is a family owned business. Macs was very professional and gave an outstanding service from start to finish. We moved from IL to SC and Macs got to our house when they said they would. They were very communicative and the crew are absolute BEASTS! Kurt the owner went above and beyond in moving the heaviest foam mattress for us. Sorry Kurt!

I've never seen such efficiency and professionalism with a moving company before and I've had to deal with a lot of companies. They were right on time and had everything out of the truck and where it was supposed to be faster rhan I thought possible. Hopefully this is the last move I'll make for a very long time but should the need arise I know who I'm calling and I am recommend Macs to everyone I know. "WOW!" is an understatement!

Mac’s was AMAZING! Josh, Shane, and Hunter were friendly, professional, courteous, clear, concise, clean, funny, efficient, and overall made a very emotional milestone move in our lives as stress-free as one could ever hope for! Mac’s moved my mom from a 3-bedroom home in IL to a retirement community in WI. We lost my dad beginning of September 2022, and mom made a difficult decision to sell our childhood home and stay the course they’d had to move to WI to be closer to my wife & me.
Good afternoon Krista! I couldn't be more pleased to hear about your experience with Macs. Considering … More
