They’re broke and charge any extra charges they can to any guests that they can, because they know there’s no the most we can do about it. Oh and they’re gate was broken for a VERY long time leaving the entire storage unit open for anyone to get into making the “advanced security” NOT security at all, last time I checked it was still broken

Jack at StorageMart in Caledonia/Franksville seems to have a very high opinion of himself and came across to me as very rude and providing terrible customer service. I was very uncomfortable around him and avoided him whenever possible. Within the first few minutes and before I’d even taken possession of the storage unit, he requested I write him a review. In the one year I stored my belongings there, my rent was significantly increased every two months like clockwork.

Dishonest business practices. They will attract you with good price and ask you for a deposit - "you know, spots fill up fast". They stated the deposit was just to hold the spot and would be used to be part of my first payment. Once you get there, they will hit you with other "setup fees" and when you say they didn't inform you of that, they will call you a lair to your face and refuse to reimburse your deposit!
Started RV Rental on11/2/23 for $91.34, on 1/1/24 rent was increased to $106.34, on 10/2/24 rent was increased to $122.84, and on 8/3/25 rent was increased $137.14. Total months of rental 20 months with a 66% rental rate increase. Inflation for the last 2 years ran 6.8%. Completely unjustifiable.

They do anything they can to make money, security isn’t even actually that secure, you can get in without actually having to put your pin in, our storage unit was falling apart and flooding, the locks are super rusty, they doors get jammed and try not to open. And they’re just unreliable

Very VERY unreliable and broke, security doesn’t even actually secure, the gate was broken and left open for MONTHS leaving the storage units open to go in and out of, and they charge anything extra that they can to whoever they can and the storage units flood

Worst service ever. Jack gives incorrect information and then lies about what he said. They can't get the automatic pay set up properly in their system so my last 2 payments have been late. Found out today that the insurance I had …

They request reviews when you sign up. Not long enough to realize the price will increase a few months down the road. Would have chosen another company, had I known the price would increase by $60 per month

Stored here for a year or so June 2025 to July 2026. Complex/Unit was very well kept, had a bigger unit & no problems with gate entry, access to unit, water or rodents. Staff friendly and always quick to respond to questions. Valuables were well kept. Only reason we’re leaving this unit is because we’re moving out of state.

I stored my belongings at Storage Mart for a few years and had a great experience from start to finish. The facility was always clean, secure, and easy to access. Jack was always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It's clear he cares about the customers and facility. I’ve used StoregeMart a couple times now. I recently was able to downsize my unit and it was a really easy process. Access is easy with good hours and the units are always clean.
