Beware of Mike-A-Haul-It: A Nightmare of Terrible Customer Service When it comes to moving services, reliability and honesty are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, Mike-Ah-Haul-It fails spectacularly in both regards. My recent experience with this company left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated, as their actions showcased a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. FIVE STARS AND MORE! Mike and his team were amazing! They were courteous and kind, so pleasing and offered to help when needed. We even added some more at the end and they were more than accommodating! Will DEFINITELY go with them.again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We loved them.so much, we hired them a second time to move my son. Couldn’t be happier with the crew, extraordinarily professional and most importantly, fun. Moving sucks as it is, it’s nice to have someone to cut up with. Team was eager to help, I had to start flaming them to let me do work too. If I require moving services again, best believe they’re first on the list. I should mention, I needed services fast… they got me scheduled and in within 5 days.
