Facility was great and staff was awesome Update after over a year: Multiple times i have not been able to gain access to my unit because the main door is broken. When the door was broken the last 3 times it took over a monte to get it fixed. When the door is broken they normally have the loading dock or exit open 24/7 so it's no longer secured facility. Complained to management last time and they told me they do not compensate me for not having access to my unit.
Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience with us. We appreciate your business and hope to continue serving you in the future.
We came in to get stuff out of storage, but the drive thru door was broken. We tried to go through the office door, but the door in the lobby was locked. We tired to call, but the call went to the lobby that was empty.
Terrible place to store your items my unit was broken into and I wasn’t even reimbursed for 75% of the items taken from my unit due to the bare minimum insurance Store Here Self Storage has
Tron, we do not insure customers goods. Insurance is your responsibility as is the amount of coverage. Although we do our best to prevent such circumstances, occasionally, at all properties, it does happen. We have not had any issues in several months.
The domt care if the 4 legged animals will eat thru your stuff they just want their money and that is all they care about

Just wanted to write about our experience today with looking for a storage unit in Racine. We have exhausted all efforts looking online for a storage unit. We just happen to drive by and I see a sign- Store Here. ((Store Here was ((not)) coming up online when I was searching for storage units.)) Never knew it existed. I said to my husband pull in there, that is a storage place!! We went inside and was greeted by David. He told us all about the storage space we were inquiring about and gave us a tour.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience thanks to David! After I explained that my original storage unit wasn’t easily accessible, he immediately took the time to listen to my concerns and found me a much more convenient unit. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. David was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution. Customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly appreciate how kind and patient he was throughout everything.
