Started off just fine except no carts,then the bathrooms water was shut off, people were still using them for a month till management noticed. Then the out garage door broke. Asked management if they were going to fix that and the bathrooms. His reply was a snarky we put a work order in. Then the hvac started screaming like a stuck bearing. Made the atmosphere in the building feel very strange for 3 months. Then the final straw was the elevator broke. I noticed first it was a year out of inspection.
We regret that your experience didn’t reflect the high standards we set for ourselves at Devon Self Storage. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re committed to addressing your concerns to ensure a better experience for all our customers.
My original rating got deleted by the owner. I found roaches crawling inside of my storage unit and all around the second floor. They have it so it looks all organized but in reality it’s a dirty place with roaches crawling around. I had to leave my furniture there because after being there for only one week my couch was infested with roaches because of this place. I definitely do not recommend trusting this place with your belongings
