THIS WAS THEE WORST EXPERIENCE! THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY, COMPLAINED THE WHOLE TIME. QUOTED ONE PRICE THROUGH EMAIL, THEN ONCE THEY GOT THERE CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 200 DOLLARS FOR PETTY ITEMS AND BECAUSE THEY HAD TO PARK THEIR TRUCK ON THE STREET AND NOT ON THE LAWN. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! THEY ALSO BROKE THE LEG OF MY GLASS NIGHTSTAND.

I will never recommend this company. I had contracted this company from a broker which gave me a guaranteed delivery window is 7-10 business days. It started out fine. They arrived promptly and started moving stuff right away. Then they started nickel and dime Me for for things they wouldn’t ship without using their boxes even though they were secure items. An initial quote of 3,000 turned into 350 more for boxes and then to 6500 after they weighed the truck giving the wrong expectations from the beginning.

I requested a service from Budget Movers. On the day of my move, the movers stole over a 100 dollars and claimed that no payment was made. Even after that, my television was taken. I accepted and decided to pay them an extra 300 dollars just because I did not want to make it a court issue and so I could get my television back since it was stolen. I paid them 300 dollars and they lied and did not return my television back. Budget Movers are thieves.

Unfortunately you get what you pay for; "budget" Broken items, damaged furniture, and just a general lack of care while moving your items. They thought nothing of banging stuff off of the walls, dropping items off of steps and into the back of the truck. They were four days late, claimed that their "truck had broken down" . Do they only have one truck? We marked several boxes "fragile" you know, so they might take care of the box...but nah, might as well have been shoes for all that they cared.

This was THE worst experience I have EVERRRRR (emphasis on EVER) had with a moving company. They were extremely unreliable in changing my schedules move date twice. Once I understood due to dicey weather but the second time they rescheduled on Sunday and they were well over an hour late with no call, 3 movers instead of the 4 I paid for, then finally pulled up, never got out of their truck, called me down and spoke to me through the drivers door and called me out to say “it’s too much snow/ice outside of your…

DO NOT USE - MOST LAZY MOVERS EVER! All they did was complain about how heavy things were and how many steps there were (when we told them it was a 3 story house). If it wasn’t heavy, I wouldn’t have needed them. Isn’t that their job, to lift heavy things? They refused to carry boxes up to the 3rd floor claiming they were too heavy, so now we need to move them ourselves. They also refused to move our treadmill, claimed they don’t move treadmills (but our quote we got included a treadmill on it).

I utilized this service previously without issue, so it was ideal for me to use them again. My items were moved from my apartment and into storage. The movers were on time. However, a few things are of concern. My marble coffee table is completely broken. When I brought it to one of the mover's attention, he told me it was taken off and I could put it back on. Upon further inspection when I went to place a sofa cover on my sofa in the unit, I realized that it was not the case. It's broken beyond repair.

I had them move me from Dundalk to Parkville, Maryland in 2022 , Because I was having issues with the place I was living at and my new apartment wasn’t ready and I just wanted my things out of there, they said they would hold my things on the truck for a few days , they turned around and twice charged me twice for moving me. They charged me almost $1000 plus I tipped all of the guys I had a $3000 candlabra that was very sentimental that was cast-iron.
