Chris and his team came highly recommended so I chose to switch companies to give them a shot at a very basic apartment-to-home move over a short distance (12 min away via car). I never received a professional contract for services, did not receive confirmation of the move prior to (I had to reach out to confirm), and the crew that showed up was novice at best. It did not appear that they had moving experience previously by the amount of direction and over sight Chris had to provide the crew.

We hired Chris and the BTL crew to move our belongings across the country from Denver to New Hampshire. After a great deal of research and talking to other companies, I decided to give them a shot and I am so glad that I did! These guys are very friendly and easy going, professional and efficient. They stayed in close communication throughout the entire process and made it as easy as possible for us to get through such a stressful move. All of our belongings arrived on time and had been packed with great care.

I have had movers before but Alejandro, Aryen and Scott really did a great job. They showed up on time and where very efficient. The way they wrapped my furniture up was impressive. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for quality movers at a reasonable price.
I recently used built to last for my relocation, and I couldn't be happier with their service. First and foremost, their pricing was incredibly fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. I see they have a solid 5 star rating, and I am happy to add my own 5 star review to that. They helped me move my expensive professional grade refrigerator from my old place into my new place, and I couldn't be more pleased. I was so worried that something would happen to it, but they were so careful and gentle with it. They packaged it, moved it into the truck, and secured it, and made sure there was plenty of padding around it so nothing would happen to it.
