If not for being overcharged my experience would have easily been four or five stars. The entire process up to billing for the most part was awesome. During the day of my move there was a long delay in the morning as the team figured out how to position the truck around my old apartment building. I was assured my the team’s manager that any downtime in both the morning and afternoon would be taken into account for the final bill. Positioning the truck again took excessively long at my new building.

BEWARE! Moving Proz has nice, hardworking employees but the company and these employees are not skilled enough to handle corporate moves. Do not trust them with anything delicate or expensive. They broke a beautiful, expensive table in half and told us "their policy doesn't cover anything made of materials natural like marble, slate, granite, or stone." Funny, because we had multiple pieces made of natural materials and the sales person as well as the moving leads all specifically saw each piece of furniture we…

Despite Moving Proz Denver's bold claims of 98% estimate accuracy and a mere 2% damage rate, my recent interstate move with them has been far from satisfactory. The reality of the service provided is unacceptable. On the scheduled loading day, the crew arrived at 5:00 pm! That is four hours after the end of the arrival window I had been given. This was apparently due to issues with the truck. I offered the option of pushing things back a day so the crew could start loading earlier, but they declined.

When I first was looking for a moving company Tim responded within moments and kept emailing up until time of service. I sent photos and a video of how un professional the job was, they didn’t put the items where I asked they left the room a disaster I can’t even get to the closet in the laundry room. I’ve called 18x with no response I’ve emailed with no response a terrible job for $345 for one hour of work.

I would never recommend Moving Proz after our terrible experience. Our original quote was $286, but we were charged an extra $260 for an additional mover that we did not request. We were told the extra mover was added as a courtesy because the crew arrived 3.5 hours late (our scheduled window was between 1–4pm, but they did not show up until 7:15pm). Instead of honoring that courtesy, they charged us for it. By the time they finished, it was around 10pm — hours past when the move should have been completed.

Used this company just to unload a 26' moving truck. Nothing was very heavy, not a lot of stairs pretty much straight shot into the house or shed. The 2 young boys that showed up were very lazy and complained the entire time. They worked very slowly, stopped to chat several times, argued, and asked how much certain items we own were worth. Kept stopping to check to see how much time they had left to work and with 15 minutes left one worker left to use the restroom and didn't return until their time was almost up.

We hired Moving Proz this past week and it took way longer than it should have. First off I will say they were friendly and that’s about it. Secondly, they didn’t appear to know what they were doing and it took them a little while to even get started. When they finally got everything out of the apt, we were supposed to meet them at the storage unit 8 miles away so we left to go straight there…Well apparently they needed to gas up but didn’t tell us until we had been waiting at the storage for 20 min.

BEWARE DO NOT USE This company will give you a quote and say this is on the higher end and then add in an additional guy which jacks up the price. WITH NO MENTION. They have you sign all the important documents without review DAY OF MOVE, they will on verbally state what they want you to know in the moment. A guy hands you a phone to sign not to review what you’re signing, again it’s just verbal. I was told $150 for the hour.
