I’m not one to leave a bad review but my experience with this company was outright disrespectful. I’ll start with the parking. They had 3 huge trucks parked blocking the only two entrances to our subdivision. Understand it’s manitou and parking is tight. They unload one truck at a time for hours while the other two sit and block the roads. They could have parked the other ones in the overflow parking while one was being unloaded.

Terrible experience. Will never use again. They gave me a time frame of 11AM-3PM. I called throughout that time frame to make sure things were okay and to get further updates. I kept getting the same reassurance. Once the timeframe was about to lapse, then they changed the script and decided to be honest with me that they weren't going to make it. It wasn't until 4:30PM that someone could make it. I had told them a week in advance that I have a disability, and thus I needed to be within that timeframe.
We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We do give a window from 11-3 to expect a call from us letting you know when the movers will arrive. When you called several times earlier in the day, our expectation was still to arrive within that window.
Very nice, but not careful and not honest. They loaded my things in a storage unit and the things they broke, they shoved in the very back surrounded by my boxes so I couldn’t notice what happened. Broke a hole through the back of my dresser and clearly dropped and cracked an upholstered chair and my TV (that was in a tv box) has broken glass sounds. That’s a shame. This was an easy move with elevators and going a small distance too.
Anjum, I'm sorry to hear about the damages you found following your move. We always practice accountability when it comes to damages we're aware of that we caused. Furniture is always the first thing to come off the truck, so that's why it would have been in the back of your storage unit.
Bad customer service! “Dom” called to set up the move but was very rude and sounded like “he” could be doing anything else but “his” job. Couldn’t even continue service without acknowledging “his” horrible attitude. Would recommend “he” be fired and someone else make the phone calls at eight o’clock in the morning.

Hopefully they’re moving services are better than they’re driving. The guy in the box truck cut me off going across two lanes of traffic at a roundabout without ever even turning on his turn signal lots of five star reviews, so it looks like they in people stuff with Care unless they don’t know where they’re going?
Sorry to hear about your experience.
They completely ignored my main concern and tried to get me to book with them even though they would have completely screwed me over if I had. When I called them out about it, they fully stopped communicating with me and didn't even apologize. Also the extra $200 fee is a scam.
Zack, we appreciate you initially considering us for your move. When we received your estimate request online it was unclear to us that you were asking us to transport your live snakes as part of the job.

I have never used professional movers before, and after this experience, I am SOLD on getting help from the experts for the sake of your sanity on moving day. I have not stopped yapping about these guys to anyone who will listen! 😂 Booking was easy, and their communication was solid and proactive from start to finish. The amazing team showed up a few minutes early and worked together seamlessly, which really spoke to me about the quality of organization behind the scenes.
I cannot reccomend The Other Side highly enough. The crew they sent out arrived on-time (actually a little early) and worked quickly to get all four of my moving pods unloaded with no damage to our possessions. These gentlemen didn't walk, they ran, to get our possessions into our new place safely. Beyond their speed, they were careful and even went so far as to point out a tiny, barely visible, knick in a doorframe from moving one large piece of furniture in.

Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish! We recently used The Other Side Movers and could not be happier with our experience! From the first phone call to the final box being placed, the communication was outstanding and the professionalism was top-notch. Our moving crew — Oyate, Christian, Randy, and Denzel — were absolutely incredible. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our belongings with the utmost care. Folks, read up. If you are planning a move in the service area The Other Side Moving and Storage serves, just book it. Call or use their friendly website. This team is amazing. From the beginning to the end. The bidding process was clear and the prices are very (!!) competitive. Their communication from the really courteous gents there in the office are incredibly clear and kind. I had quite a few questions helping my mom make this very important move and they were so GREAT.
