They are not very careful with your things. If you are moving a large household I would definitely get a more professional company. Several things were damaged. A lot of it was not brought to our attention while they were here but later that evening when we had a chance to inspect everything. I was actually very surprised and disappointed with the amount of damage. I reached out to them I was told they were waiting for my call. They fixed most of the things but left things damaged. I am not sure why.

Disappointed in the response time in between emails. Also I was asked if I preferred morning or afternoon for move start, I chose morning. I never got a response back so3 days later I reached back out and was given a 12-3 start time. Ridiculous.

We ordered complete packing and loading of our 4 bedroom house. The communication phase went well and the packing team did quality work on the first day, however they did not finish the job (ran out of boxes) and overcharged us relative to the original estimate. They promised that the loading team will finish the packing next morning, took pictures to pass onto that loading team. We were assured by the manager as well that the loading team would finish packing before they start loading.

Local Moving LLC provided the worst moving experience we have ever had. My partner and I moved 6 minutes from our old location to our new home. We packed everything beforehand, moved almost everything except for a couch, two dressers, two mattresses, a kitchen table, Ikea entertainment center, and coffee table down to the garage of our three story town home to save the movers the time of going up and down multiple flights of stairs with a lot of boxes and small items.

First off I hate conflict and as my parents always taught me "if you don't have something nice to say then don't say anything at all" but I couldn't let this go. I hired local movers llc to move everything from my 1 bedroom apartment to a storage unit. I got movers because I have a brain injury from a major car accident in 2017. I had them scheduled to come on Saturday October 26th. I had been packing everything up since September so everything was boxed up and ready to go.

I was a little hesitant to post this, because I've seen the comments left by the owner under 1 and 2-star ratings... they're very defensive, and at times, question the credibility of the reviewer. But regardless, I wanted to share. I booked these guys because of all of the positive reviews, but should have shopped around with prices a little more. There are cheaper options out there.

This company charged me more for one day of poor packing than I have paid for entire interstate moves. I’d rather a less friendly crew that does a consistently quality job. Three movers took eleven hours to pack and move an already half-packed one-bedroom plus den apartment. They arrived at 8:00 a.m. and were still packing at 2:00 p.m. I could have packed faster, and better, with one friend. The quality of the packing was unacceptable. I had clearly set out boxes for specific categories, including bathroom items.

My family recently used this service, and we were told this was a high rated company so we were expecting excellent service. Unfortunately it seems we got guys totally new to the moving industry because the move took longer than expected, boxes and items were frequently dropped, and the final cost was insane. I’m always one to spend money on quality movers but unfortunately the price was not justified by the service.
