They moved a furniture set I purchased from their client from their condo to the loading bay and in the process scratched the top of a dresser. When I went to check on the other dresser they were bringing down, explaining how they damaged the first one and I wanted to make the sure the other wasn't damaged their mover started yelling at me repeatedly shouting " you want me to pay for that?" In front of everyone in the lobby of the condo.
I used Metropolitan Burlington branch movers on Aug 18th, 2020 horrible experience. The movers took a smoke break every 15min and it took 8 hours for a local move for a 1 bedroom apt to a house. They damaged a brand new tv and refusing to compensate because it wasn't within their 3 day claim period. I certainly would not recommend them at all.

These people are rude and snubs. They don't want business, they say they are busy. Why don't you shut down your website and business if you have enough to be busy with. Their manners is unacceptable. I am sorry that I contacted them.
