Had items damaged and company refused to replace them. And still no response from them… Speaks volumes that they don’t respond to negative reviews and only the positive ones. Stay away from this company.
0/10 WORST COMPANY IVE EVER EXPERIENCED Unfortunately I had the WORST experience with this company. From wasting a lot of time, extreme frustration throughout the process, to broken items and my TV. The Time scheduled was from 1-3, they didn’t show up UNTIL 5:45. I was out shopping bc we needed beds and furniture, so i rushed home to be there, just to sit and wait for HOURS. No updates, no calls, I had to call Alex and get updates.
This company will bust your walls and damage your furniture. And then audaciously refuse to pay for it. Their employees acknowledged the damage, took pictures of it and stated they would take care of it. Then when weeks went by with nobody reaching out, I called and spoke to someone in the office who stated, too much time had passed and the employees did not tell anyone and there was nothing I could do about it. They caused as much damage as they were helpful..
Bust N Moves more like bust my walls very disappointed and disliked the frustration attitude only I should be able to👎🏽 …

Made contact with us prior to our move to confirm times and dates. Showed up on time. The two young men doing the move were very courteous and did everything to protect our items and to make our move go smoothly. Fair price and did a great job.

This review is long overdue but I just saw the BustNMoves moving truck while I was out and about today and it reminded me of the excellent service we received and that I had forgotten to share. I intended to write this review in May when we moved to Boise from Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. I’ve worked at a fortune 50 company for the last 20 years and I can say with confidence that BustNMoves is doing something right when it comes to hiring and talent management.

Hiring you was the best thing we possibly could have done for this move. Our crew was AMAZING!! So professional, so friendly, so easy to work with, so amazingly helpful. These 4 guys unloaded their whole truck and the 3 trailers we already had loaded, they loaded up at 2 different locations, and were completely done before 3 pm. None of them ever slowed down! Also they had safety measures for themselves and they took such good care of our stuff. I told them they were more careful with our stuff than we are!
