Quite condescending owner opted to not respond to my email after an employee was rude we opted to not utilize their service guess the moving industry is booming so robustly that they don't need to have stellar customer service. Newsflash there are plenty of other options...Editing my review since the owner has decided to respond today; Brendan Mullally perhaps you should review your emails, my complaint about Grant was emailed directly to you on 2/18/2021.

We originally booked with Hometown Movers but ended up with beeline movers because the companies merged. So our movers had to travel further than we thought, which added to the price. On moving day, the movers arrived 30 minutes late. They stayed for two hours and 5 minutes, so of course they charged us for that extra five minutes. Movers themselves were great but the company could have been more transparent.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. I want to start by sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience caused by our late arrival on moving day. We understand that moving is already a stressful process, and our delay only added to that stress. For that, I am truly sorry.
I originally booked through Hometown Movers but was directed towards Bee -line. I didn’t put too much thought in it as I have had an excellent experience with Hometown Movers. However, this company (Bee-line)is an absolute scam and fraud. Sam sent over a small truck (that could fit a studio apt items) and the move was a two bedroom apt with items for two adults and a child.The movers came , which by the way are excellent (Kyle,Benny, Pete) and called Sam and informed him that the truck is too small and they do not…

I wanted to hire B-Line based in Goshen for my move from Beacon to Warwick, b/c of its central location. However, I later found out it was Hometown Movers, weird, and they were actually coming from New Paltz, which added an extra hour of driving time to my bill. When I brought this up to the owner, Sam, he was dismissive and condescending, refusing to fully address his false advertising.
We sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience, Mr. Schramm. Your feedback is very important to us, and we take your concerns seriously. I sincerely apologize for any frustration you experienced during your move, and I’d like to clarify a few points.
The 3 mover guys, Anton, Ekue and Hashon were the best. I wasn’t as happy with the owner’s attitude, Sam, when it was at the end of the job! Went over slightly in time but he didn’t send enough guys for the job. The furniture was heavy and I told the owner and he knew this cause he moved me with the same furniture a few months back. My husband ended up helping a lot and for Sam to hardly acknowledge that and change me more money at the end of the move, which was disappointing.
While the guys that worked with us were friendly and professional, the move was a disaster. From not having enough materials for packing to everything just tossed in boxes at the end of a long day, we are not happy people. We even packed up our closets to help them out!
I was unaware of Mr. And Mrs. Behrends dissatisfaction with their move until I saw this review. As soon as I noticed it, I contacted Mr. Behrends to find out why they were so upset and offered to do whatever I could to help alleviate their stress.

BeeLine handled our move yesterday and it was the best and smoothest move we've ever had (and we have moved *many* times over the years). They were communicative, reasonably priced, professional, incredibly efficient (showed up on time and finished earlier than I anticipated), and careful with our stuff. Sam was very helpful leading up to the move, and Matt, Anton, and Tim were the best moving crew we've ever had—they were positive, really kind to one another, and just a pleasure to be around.

Legit one of the best moving experiences we've ever had. My husband and I have moved between Philly, NYC, Boston, and most recently to the Catskills - and this team was the most responsive, helpful and kind group of individuals we've worked with to date. They were quick, put 0 pressure on us with time, were easy to get in touch with, had a fair rate and even worked with us as our schedules to get into a rental house shifted closer to the move.

STRESS FREE MOVE - FIVE STAR SERVICE I have moved 11 times in 14 years, so I am certainly no stranger to the painful task of packing and moving.
