We utilized these guys and we really wanted to like them. Unfortunately, the language barrier was a major issue since none of them spoke English very well, and two didn't seem to speak it at all. We found after they left that they couldn't read English as our boxes all indicated where to put them and we did several walk throughs. But many boxes in the basement were put upstairs, or other rooms. About 25% of our boxes were put in incorrect rooms.
Do not use these guys i used June 29 they were very slow and misplaced some of my boxes when I brought it up it was rudeness I was spoken to .... I found my missing boxes on another in the building ruffled through do not use them they suck

Cons: I live in a one-bedroom apartment, and live by myself. Regarding the move, I opted for the hourly rate, it was on a Sunday, and they arrived on time (9:00 a.m.) I made sure it was the easiest setup possible for the movers. Everything was pre-packed before their arrival, and I consolidated everything that needed to be moved into one room: 9 boxes, 5 plants, a bed, a TV and some odd things like a vacuum that couldn't fit in a box.
I’ve had the worst experience with this company. 2 different couples of people moved us from a house to storage and from storage to an appartment. The workers were nice but unexperienced. As they arrived in the house, the driver did not align well and he spent a lot of time “putting away” their blankets in the truck…time was already ticking. The only one trying to move stuff was inexperienced. While one did the work, the other was on the phone.

Worst mover ever!!!! I anything of value including a 60 inch TV, six fishing rods valued between 200-500, a subwoofer & sound bar to name a few things which doesn't count for most of my belongings being damaged and broken which includes my 3500 sectional, freezer, washer, and endless broken boxes glass almost every box had something broken and all they offer after providing pictures and receipts the only offered me a 250 reimbersment. I will be making a police report along with calling the better business bureau.
I’ve had extremely poor service with this company. Extremely slow and rude movers. Took over 12 hours for a 1 bedroom move. Avoid

Cactus Moving did an outstanding job with our condo-to-house move! The 3-person crew (Maksym, Chint, Matthew) arrived early, took time to understand what needed to be moved, and laid down mats to protect the floors & stairs. They wrapped and secured all furniture, packed the truck with efficiency & care, and handled our condo building's tricky layout with no issues. One highlight was how they tackled a large shelving unit from our storage area.

Overall I had a great experience with my move. The quote was fast and all my questions were answered right away. I was a little surprised that the movers showed up in a U-Haul truck, but George and Nikita were efficient, respectful and professional. They kept me updated through the process and worked at lightning speed while still being careful with my things. I couldn’t have asked for better movers! My little cactus is adorable too.
We used these guys to move us from Edmonton to Calgary. They are the only company who had a great price and didn’t consolidate items. Also they delivered the same day! Absolutely fantastic! We will be moving again this month within Calgary and I defined will use them again. They gave us real cactus! Highly recommend Cactus Moving!

Rough start, strong finish I hired Cactus Moving twice: first to move my belongings into storage, and later to move everything into my new home once construction was finished. The first move was very disappointing. The day started with a truck breakdown on the way to my house. While that wasn’t anyone’s fault, the lead mover Anthony—who ended up doing most of the work—had to leave to find a replacement truck. The remaining two movers were unsure how to proceed and progress slowed significantly.
