They are dishonest and very unprofessional. Damaged my house and the furniture that arrived from Europe in crate while moving it inside my house. I had given them bad rating few months ago and somehow my review has been deleted. Houston be aware!!!!!
I've used them 3 times over the last 10 years and each time, they've gotten significantly worse. They will low ball you on their estimate and expect you to pay whatever they say after the move. Half the crew may or may not show up and potentially delay your entire move. I will never use them again.
DO NOT use this company. Half of my boxes were delivered soaking wet. They had obviously been in water for some time. There was mold between the tape and the cardboard box. These boxes were not brought in the house when my goods were delivered. I had to call back and ask to have them brought in a few days later. I can only assume this was an attempt to hide the wet boxes. When I asked, the only answer I got was that there was no water in their storage facilities. It was not raining on move out or move in day!!!
This is my first google review, but I felt obligated as a productive member of society to warn other people who may want to use this moving company. I live in a 850 square foot apartment and I am moving 1 street over to another 1 bedroom apartment. One of White Glove’s project managers came to my apartment to “estimate” the cost of the move. I was not there, but my girlfriend was. She told me the PM was there for all of 2 minutes before he left and he basically just glanced at our apartment and our closet.
I feel this review is somewhat unfair. We charge by the hour and we always try to give you a worse-case-scenario so that we schedule plenty of time to accomplish any/all of your needs. Of course, if it takes less time you would only be … More
Nice guy but prices are to much for a 1 bedroom. First I was told basic 8hrs labor and delivery service would be around 1000. So I asked about 3-4 hrs, he then says at the lowest it would be around 900 not including price for storage/inventory of things. Might be a good moving place but prices are way out of control! No I’m pretty sure a review is experience from the company so this is my review for this company I don’t have it mixed up at all. And that reply was very rude!
I believe you have us confused with another provider. If you could remove the post we would appreciate it. Also, I don't think it is fair to leave a bad review of any company that you did not hire b/c you could not afford it. Best of luck!

White Glove, in partnership with Cadogan Tate, moved the contents of our 5 BR home from Texas to California this May. Our family has moved cross-country several times, and this move was by far the best. What stood out most for me was how incredibly careful the entire crew was about handling our goods. This is the only move we’ve had where there were not significant marks on the walls or floors and where the furniture arrived in the same condition it left.

Today, I met this company and the team impressed me. The team consists of Randy, Desmond, Dralan, & Mondo who all came ready with "white gloves" to help move a customer at Extra Space storage. This approach blew my mind. The customer recommended this company as a well professional company to relocate your home or office. On time, polite, careful and genuine is what I was introduced. This company is worth requesting service to move.

We are a high end design firm use Codgan & Tate for all of our projects. The crews go above and beyond and our rep is amazing to work with. Communication is always outstanding and their client portal is easy to use when items are listed in their inventory system. The provide wonderful white glove service and would recommend this company to anyone! They are worth the money when you need a job done correctly and efficiently .

White Glove provided more than just a service. They provided an opportunity for my family to start a new home and begin our new life.
