Awful experience. Do not use this company. They sent two movers — one who didn’t speak English, which made communication nearly impossible. I had already moved most of my belongings and only needed help with a few large pieces. I clearly instructed them to only wrap TVs and large furniture, but they ignored me and wasted time wrapping fabric chairs and other items that did not need to be wrapped, stretching out the process unnecessarily.

We hired this company for a recent move and unfortunately experienced significant damage and missing parts. Our custom resin table was placed on its side directly on asphalt during the move, which severely damaged and ruined the outer edge. In addition, the wheel from our bed frame are now missing. After reaching a reimbursement agreement for the documented damage, I was informed that the check would only be mailed if I first removed my negative reviews.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Three guys came to do our move. The driver who was the supervisor took a 20 minute break after two hours and proceeded to get high (pot). When he came back, he was extremely slow and spacey. The 8 minute drive took them 45 minutes. They stopped for lunch, which is fine, however only wanted to take 15 minutes off the total as well as wanted t charge me for the first 20 minute break. When he got to the new apartment, again he smelled of pot, glossy and red eyes. Again, moved very slowly.

They charged me for 7.5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment. They moved just the furniture (2 queen beds, 2 desks, 1 couch, 1 Tv desk with TV, few chairs) and few boxes that I had packed. I had lots of other miscellaneous stuff that I did not let them move because they (2 men) were moving at a snails pace. They showed up at my place at 9:55 AM and gave me the receipt at 4:30 PM. That is 6 hours and 35 minutes which is itself too long to move a 1 bed apartment.

If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT hire this company, we have never had such unprofessional and inappropriate service from a business. The list of complaints we have about this company is endless. But I’m short, we shopped many moving companies for our move last month for our 2 bedroom apartment, and went with this one based on our initial consultation which seemed very professional. The actual moving process was everything but professional.

I'm gonna get Straight to the point. The movers got their truck stuck going up my storage drive way. Almost five hr later they finally got the truck out. With the help of a tow truck . After I insisted a tow truck 4hr Prior!!! Instead of doing what made since, they wanted to take the cheap way out. At the end, they still did what I Suggested at the end! They wasted my whole day with their Stupidity and bad judgement! If that wasn't bad enough. By the end of the whole day, Five and a half hr later.

I am extremely low income, and using these movers was the biggest mistake of my life. Not only do they go as slow as possible and try to amp up the charges for what they are moving and drag it out, but the losses are not worth it. One of the only things I've ever purchased for myself was a nice Samsung tablet. It was only a couple years old, and I purchased it directly from the manufacturer. Not only did I never see that again after moving, it has now vanished from my google account.

Do NOT Trust This Moving Company – Stole My Valuables & Ignored My Concerns I would give this company zero stars if I could. I had a horrible experience with them, and I strongly recommend you avoid them at all costs. The movers stole three of my pricey items during the move, and after multiple attempts to contact them, they have completely ignored my emails and concerns. It’s appalling that a company entrusted with handling your belongings would have such little integrity and absolutely no customer service.
