***I deleted my previous review because it was associated with the wrong google account.*** This moving company had sub-par movers. 1. They arrived an hour late. 2. They didn't explain all of my options ahead of time (added insurance) in spite of me telling them that I had 1 item that I wanted taken care of, that they ended up breaking. 3. They didn't offer to protect doors/walls. (previous movers removed the doors to allow for safer access) 4.
I'm not exactly upset with the two movers who helped me, I think the real problem lay with scheduling and quoting. The movers didn't show up until almost an hour after the latest arrival time I had been given. It was almost 5 pm. I'm assuming the job before had also been under qualified and took longer than expected as well. I had quoted with several places and this was the cheapest by far but in the end it took so long that it blew the other quotes out of the water.

I wanted a table and 6 chairs moved from my house to a condo in Beaverton local move. Quoted a price minimum 2 hours. Expensive but wanted professional movers. Chairs wrapped and legs off table and wrapped. When the young men came they moved without wrapping even though I asked why they were not taking off the legs and only putting blanket on top table. They said large truck no worries everything will be fine. I have large doorways and hallways as husband handicapped.
Gave these guys a 3 star earlier today. But in reviewing my move and finding a large assortment of problems that are causing me multiple headaches, today I had to revise my review, a true one star. This outfit failed on many points.
John, I'm truly sorry to hear the move left you with headaches — that's not the experience we want for anyone, and I understand why you lowered your rating. I'd genuinely like to understand everything that went wrong and make it right.
I have always been pleased with my moving experience until my last service in June 2024. I submitted a claim for a large scratch on my SS refrigerator and cannot get anyone to respond to my claim.

LAST REVIEW - END OF MOVE - If you have any moving needs at all - from moving out of state, across town, to a storage facility or like we did - to the garage for our remodeling work, USE THEM - THEY ARE THE BEST!! We have remodeled our house by replacing all our flooring with solid red oak, Italian tile, and Karastan carpet, besides painting all the ceilings and walls.

Customer service and execution was top-notch from both the front office as well as the team of movers on site. Joe, the team lead on site, is tenured in the moving business and did an excellent job maximizing the space on our truck. The team was great about handling specific items with a high degree of care with both packing and loading placement within the truck. As the day progressed, the team on site was great about communicating progress and updating us with an eta for completion of the job.
