The rating breakdown
2 of the 40 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Camel Piano Moving Co are one or two star.
Worked out from 40 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

Made appointment for move. Never showed up. EDIT: In response to owners reply, this is definitely meant for your company. You must not have put us in your schedule which would explain the no show. No need for a follow up call as we got our instrument moved properly. Thank you for responding to this review.
Bobby, We're really sorry, but we do not have you in our schedule? Perhaps we got our lines crossed or perhaps this review was meant for another company? Either way, we want to apologize for any inconvenience.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I highly recommend Camel Piano Moving. Yesterday they moved my aunts piano from the Pocono area to the Princeton area. They were very efficient, taking care of not damaging anything, and very creative in getting the piano into its new location. They were prompt, polite and kept me informed of the progress of the move. Five stars ***** to Camel Piano Movers.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review and the 5 stars! We’re delighted to hear the move went smoothly and that our team was able to get your aunt’s piano safely into its new home. Taking great care of both the instrument and the … More
These guys are clearly piano moving experts and rescued us from a bad situation with another moving company that left our baby grand piano upright at the bottom of the stairs up to the living room. They were able to squeeze us in with super short notice and came fully equipped with the necessary moving blankets and tools to hoist the piano up stair by stair and reassemble it. They executed the maneuver with a team of three within about an hour. We are very grateful!
Sylvia- Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled we could step in and help get your baby grand safely into its proper place. Our team takes pride in being prepared for any challenge, and it’s wonderful to hear their … More
I used Camel Piano to move a cherished family piano from New Jersey to New York, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Pat was professional, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way regarding pickup and delivery. Moving a family piano can be stressful, but Pat handled it with great care and expertise, giving me complete confidence that it was in good hands. The piano arrived safely and on schedule, and the entire process was seamless.
Tina- Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and recommendation! We understand that moving a cherished family piano is about much more than transporting an instrument—it's about protecting a piece of your family's history. We're … More
I never leave reviews for anything but this time is different. Pat and his team are fantastic. We had to move an antique baby grand from Pennsylvania to Connecticut and the move was utterly flawless, from pickup to delivery and setup. Professional, experienced, careful, efficient and friendly are the words that sum up the move, and that is what you want in a piano mover. It's nice to see that there is still this level of expertise and professionalism in the world.
Bill- Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review—it truly means a lot, especially since you don’t usually write them. We’re glad Pat and the team were able to make the move smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
