Person who was supposed to come didn't come. He "sub'ed" out the job without telling me. Everything went wrong. Arrived late to start. The guys did a walk through and said everything looked great and that they'd be out of there in 2.5 hours. 5 hours later they were about 1/2 way done and said they needed to increase the price because the boxes weren't the right size (blame the customer). When they finally unloaded, large, medium and small items were damaged.
We moved out of state and our experience was very stressful due to the poor communication with our account person Paul as well as the operations POC, Wayne. What they said and what happened was not even close. Promises were made about staffing, timing and types of trucks. We realized we moved in a very busy time but a lot of the confusion and frustration could have been avoided if management had reached out to us in advance, but it appeared they preferred to point the finger at the other person and not take…

From start to finish Campbell Moving services were professional, accommodating, and super easy to work with. After my last movers cancelled day of appointment, I reached out to Campbell just to gauge local services in the area. Thankfully, Paul Hawkins was there to assist me through the whole process and made a promise that his team fulfilled. The next day, he had 3 of his guys show up at 9 AM sharp — packed and ready to go by 9:45. Thank you so much to these guys who made moving stress free as possible!!
