Think again before you’re committed, two years of storage; waste of money; we had mice and water damage… still investigating plus our lock was missing, great security and service, they don’t take responsibility

The absolute worst storage company to ever give your business to. Terrible customer service, even worse communication. I was informed my container would be delivered on August 12th, I paid the delivery fee and it was confirmed to me on more than one occasion that I would receive it on that day. I paid via credit card the day prior with a FULL confirmation that it would delivered.

Someone didn’t do their job. I ordered a container to load my house. Pick up was to be eleven days later. They didn’t put it in their system. My house was sold and they were giving me a date of two weeks after closing for pick up. As well the sliding lock broke and told me they would put it in storage like that. Hell NO. 2 hours later I’m still waiting on a call

Nice customer service people. Unfortunately PUPS and CUBEIT are linked, or something, because I thought I ordered one size, received a smaller size unit, and when I requested another unit, was told they were fully booked and not able to accommodate. So not really great, when considering you need a storage unit on a specific date.

This was the worse experience ever! Delivery was not for several days after requesting it. Pick up took over a month and then they wanted to charge me for late fees. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!! Eric

I used PUPS last year and the services of the informed, polite, friendly staff were very good. Delivery and pick up of a well maintained clean PUP was dealt with promptly and carefully. I did book a PUP this year then due to a change in my reno plans, I cancelled the PUP. The cancellation process was a repeat of above excellent service and the cancellation was also a welcomed positive experience. Staff replied to my request and assured me all was cancelled in a friendly, professional manner.

Great Client Care representative. Well informed, polite, helpful. Good pricing especially for my long term usage requirements. PUPS was able to deliver my container earlier than originally agreed; which was great. Operator who delivered the PUP was quick, efficient and respectful. I highly recommend PUPS.

Good service and communication with the company. and reasonable prices. The delivery guy was professional and helpful in placing the pod on the driveway. My only issue was not insisting that the pod was levelled better as it made packing and moving stuff inside the pod sometimes awkward. A light fixture would be an added advantage.

Excellent service overall just found them slow or limited on responding to enquiry. My recommendation give people that answer the phone power to make a decision & if not respond to the client within reasonable time say 48 business hours. On the other hand the staff are pleasant try to help to certain point if they need to go back to management that when takes time. I’m sure what happens but usually but they didn’t get back to me yet.
