Held off writing a review for a few weeks while I sat with the experience. When I called Cardinal Moving I was quoted $350 for a 3 hour move. The movers Tim and Raymond arrived late, but were good. The issue came when it was time to pay, Tim said the price was $900, I said I was quoted $350 for 3 hours over the phone by you, this move took 4 and I was told any additional was $150 per hour.
This is not my company I am Cardinal moving out fort Myers and Naples. I am the owner I do all my own work diff Cardinal moving I need review taken off my goggle my business!! Please
My family and I were moving from Estero to Naples. We needed a mover to start early as we were closing on both houses on the same day and the timeline was tight. We called many companies and Tim at Cardinal moving told us he could start between 7:30 and 8am. He didn't have a contract for us to sign which is a red flag. But since he was the only mover that would work with our time line, I went against my better judgement and went with him.
Personally, I used Cardinal Moving to move from Bonita to Naples and recommended this company to several of my friends. Unfortunately, the last friend who took my recommendation and used this company received inappropriate text messages from the owner late that evening. I will not be recommending this company to any more of my coworkers, family, or friends with this knowledge.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Cardinal Moving arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my furniture and boxes with great care. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and there were no surprises on moving day. The team was courteous, hardworking, and made the entire move smooth and stress-free. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.
Tim and Raymond were awesome! They disassembled and reassembled all of our beds and our furniture was safely wrapped and protected. They even wrapped the stair rail so they didn’t damage it. Great price and great quality movers! Highly recommend.
After calling multiple moving companies to have a piano and a large wooden rocking horse moved to my daughter 3 hours away, I finally spoke with Tim. He offered me a better rate than the other companies I had spoken with, while still staying competitive. I booked the moved with Tim and while there were a few hiccups along the way with time and having to secure a different truck due to some logistics, we got everything figured out. Raymond and Kenny arrived, they were both very friendly and professional.
We appreciate your business!! Thank you ma’am Tim with Cardinal Moving
Tim McDonald recently was my knight in shining armor. I had contractors coming on a Monday morning to install new flooring, and all of my furniture needed to be removed from those areas. I had scheduled with Move4You for Saturday morning between 9:00-9:30. No one showed up. I kept calling Chris and left several voice messages...he never has returned my messages. Move4You had done two previous jobs for me and their workers were top notch. I met Tim on one of those jobs when he was helping Chris.
