Hello Joshua, we would appreciate it if you would leave us alone. We have never worked with you before and would appreciate it if you don’t try to leave bad reviews for no reason.
I tried to hire them to help move my family. I’ll admit it was a bit impromptu. I called Friday morning to get two guys for Saturday morning for eight hours. I was told that he could arrange it. Then later that night I was called and told that his crew did not feel comfortable moving us and they wanted to send three guys. So I told him that three guys would be fine and that they could even rent a truck and I would rent ANOTHER truck for them to use. Again that was a no.
Hello Jason, sorry I couldn’t fit you in my booked schedule as we did try our best! I asked you for a description of the job you needed us to do at 12:34pm and didn’t get a answer until 6:30pm. You wanted 2 guys for a 3-4 guy job, 4 storage units 10X10 at that!
My payment was accepted and was promised that my moving will be done on a designated day. I got a "bad news" early morning that he was not able to secure a truck. I asked if he had other options, at least help us look for another company. He said he couldn't find anybody that day. I googled and found one by myself on my first try. Also, I asked if they can put something to protect my carpet. He said his responsibility was my goods and not my carpet. Needs a little bit of professionalism in a service company.
Sorry for you Inconvenience, you guys were refunded your deposit the same day as promised. Also we had a day set in stone and you canceled on us and we did our best to reschedule unfortunately it didn’t work out.

We had a fantastic experience with Hands on Deck Moving. Jordan, Dion, and Oscar were all exceptional- kind, courteous, careful, and considerate. Jordan communicated with us every step of the way. He called the week leading up to our move to confirm, arrived on time, and did walk through with us at both locations to go over what was being moved and where we wanted it placed. They also charge a very fair hourly rate and provide great value for the price.
First of all let me start out by saying Jordan & his crew were lifesavers! We had booked another moving company a month out, night before move the movers tried to reschedule us, told them we absolutely could not as we needed to be out of our house on the date scheduled. They said ok they would be there 8:30 am next morning. At 10:00 am with no communication, we called the movers and they informed us they cancelled our move! We were frantic. Tried calling other movers that were all booked until mid May.

We just had Jordan and team move us from Pennsylvania to Cape Coral. Everything about the experience was great. Jordan is quick to respond to communications, whether it be an email, text or phone call. We were given detailed information on what to expect with our move and Jordan kept us informed as things got closer and we went through the actual move.
These folks moved an entire laboratory 700 miles and didn't break a sweat (or a single instrument). We hired Hands on Deck Moving Company to relocate all of our lab equipment from Houston to Santa Rosa Beach, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better crew. Moving analyzers and lab instrumentation is not like moving a couch — everything is heavy, delicate, and expensive, and it all has to arrive in exactly the condition it left in. These guys got that immediately.
