In their own words
Not the best experience. Movers had to disassemble my dining table to fit in truck. Upon reassembly, the worker failed to realize there were two sets of screws at different lengths. Using the longer screws at incorrect locations, causing blowouts of wood on table pieces. As well as not wrapping table top properly, there were many scratches/scuff marks. There was also one of the leg bolts missing upon reassembly.
Came unprepared and tired after working on multiple jobs in same day or day before. Did not have enough blankets or protective packing for furniture. Showed up nearly 4 hours late to move me into new home the following day after again working a “small job” that took 4 hours longer than anticipated. Ended up moving several items unprotected due to arriving without sufficient materials. Severely damaged or broke multiple pieces of furniture along with breaking almost every lamp I had.
All my furniture had dents after the move they broke a drawer to my desk poor survive .I called left a massage about my desk never heard back .never again will I use them or recommend them.
Hi Fatima, forgive us for any accidents. We received your voicemail and emailed you the damage claim form 11 days ago on 3/9/2022 at 1:23pm so we can start the claim process ASAP.
Joe definitely sold me on when he came to my house and did everything so thoroughly. I really thought because of that, the guy's moving, would do a good job like he did! But I was definitely wrong... When they left after I gave them a tip of $300, I walk inside the house and there's five things that are still in boxes. My very expensive TV being one of them which is also a little heavy for being a flat screen... I had a very heavy subwoofer box that was also in a box wrapped up in moving blankets...
Hey Todd, we do apologize for any minor damages and are more than happy to go above and beyond the $.60 per pound that the State Of Florida requires that is the bare minimum coverage that the state requires but if you submit the form to start the process we will make sure you are happy

Easily, hands down the best moving experience I've ever had - and I've had many! I was reluctant at first since having some bad times with other companies, but Joseph and crew were not only professional, but were trusting and courteous along the way. I'm a busy guy and it was comforting knowing my possessions were in good hands. One of the things I appreciated most, was there attention to detail. All of my furniture was wrapped well and supported, and they were meticulous in their service.

I could not recommend Two Chicks moving enough. They were OUTSTANDING. I had such a great experience with my movers today, Jordan and Jersey. They showed up right on time and came fully ready to work — no standing around or wasting time. From the moment they arrived, they were organized, focused, and clearly knew what they were doing. They moved everything quickly but still handled my belongings with care, making sure nothing was scratched or damaged.
