I expected them to be "caring" professionals and expected them to take good care of me and my possessions. I shouldn't have. Important things were thrown away or just disappeared. I'm still looking for my winter hats and gloves as well as a new black hoodie-and more. I didn't know they were going to leave me in my apartment with stacks of boxes I couldn't lift or open. I didn't know-but they did.

I would prefer “Moovin On Estate sales” over this company for local estate sales. Not very friendly and was told by multiple people that they allow shoppers to rip things out of their hands and say that’s how’s it goes! I don’t want to go to a sale where I have to worry about my items being ripped out of my hands.

Worst mistake made-would have been better off donating our items to charity than going through what we did to be ripped off by "frequent buyers". I would not use this "service" again.
