The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Mike Carlin was incredibly thorough: he was very responsive, helped me make the appointment, was punctual and professional. I found a piano at an estate sale and wasn't sure of the condition - he was very honest and did a cleaning and …
Hi Caroline, thank you so much! I really appreciate that you took the time to write this very kind review. Best wishes with the piano!
Using the online scheduler was easy-peasy. Mike also responded quickly to the notes I included in my appointment request. Once in my home, he took time to explain what he was doing and answer an assortment of questions I had about my pianos "eccentricities". Finally, I felt the fee for tuning and bringing my piano up to speed (last tuning 20+ years ago) was very reasonable. I'm very pleased with my entire Carlin Piano Tuning experience and highly recommend Mike for your needs.
Mary, I’m thankful to you for taking the time to write this very kind review. I really appreciate it. Best wishes in your piano adventures!
If you have a piano you should maintain it because they are instruments made of wood, felt, metal, and complex mechanisms. Well maintained piano is much more fun to play and easier to learn on. Mike Carlin is a terrific piano technician and is trained on everything our pianos need. His tunings are wonderful and they last. Not every technician’s do. He has also done some work on my piano’s action that makes it even better to play. When your piano responds to your musical intentions easily it is a joy.
Craig, I really appreciate that you took the time to write such a kind review! Thanks so much! I'm heartened by the idea of facilitating your music making. Enjoy the piano, and thank you!
Mike Carlin is the best piano tuner we've ever worked with: He's always polite and professional, always on time, and he goes above and beyond the usual tuning services. For instance, our piano is old, and the hammers are worn, leading to an overly trebly tone. Mike diagnosed and addressed this issue as part of his tuning services, bringing the piano back to its former balanced tone. He has even become friends with our cats. Highly recommended!
James, thanks so much for this very kind review! I hope that you and the family and the cats continue to enjoy the piano.
