ZERO STARS - Absolutely terrible experience. The movers arrived 7 hours late with zero proactive communication — I had to repeatedly call just to be told they’d arrive “soon.” When I expressed frustration, the owner told me “time is a construct.” The crew handled items carelessly, dragged furniture across my laminate floors causing damage, and nearly left belongings behind because they hadn’t reviewed the inventory list I sent beforehand.
If you're moving long distance across state borders, beware of using this company's services. Dealing with them was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, they lied about everything, starting with telling us they'd shrink wrap our furniture but not doing so on the actual day. Their truck had a massive hole in the roof (see pictures), and when we repeatedly told them to cover it since rain was forecast for the next two days, David (the owner) brushed it off, saying nothing would get damaged, and even if it…

Extremely unprofessional and lack of accountability. I asked them to help me move my things from my PODS container to my apartment, asked them to help me on Friday to help me move things from my container Saturday or Sunday, container was to be picked up Monday. They said sure but didn’t tell me which day, Sat or Sun. Then comes Sun, they said they would be here 4-5 pm. Didn’t show up at that time, I had to text them. They said they’d be here later in the evening. Did not ever show up.

Poor experience My stuff was not appropriately loaded nor secured. The picture shows how everything was wrecked up when we arrived in the final destination. Multiple boxes were collapsed cause they loaded heavy boxes on top of them even with labels saying which box had glasses or fragile items.
