I have never written a negative review before, but after what I have been through, I want to make sure no one else has to go through this. I used Corrigan to move from Ann Arbor to Orlando, and it has been nothing but a nightmare! I paid for full value protection and the packers did not even wrap or pad any of my furniture. The worse part was at the destination. I had furniture in brand-new condition and pretty much every single piece arrived badly scratched, chipped, or broken.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. We hired Corrigan to move us from San Diego, CA to Michigan. When we signed our contract, we were not notified of the possibility of our shipment being split into two. Half of our belongings arrived in Michigan on time, and it took an additional week and a half for the rest of our belongings to arrive. At one point we were told, " We don't know when the rest of your belongings will be shipped, it hasn't left CA yet".

Were do I even start? It has been one month since our move from MI to FL and we are still waiting for our living room furniture to arrive. It has been all lies from the start. Initially were given a 1-2 week delivery estimate, two days before our delivery they call to tell us we aren’t getting all out belongings because of overflow and stuff coming later. Turns out you have to pay the 5,500$ dollars for full delivery ( don’t pay dont get your stuff) but nobody knows when the rest is coming.

Terrible service. Do not do business with these people, they will lie to You to cover their mistakes, corrupted business, STAY AWAY!!! If i could i would give them 0 stars but theres no such option. Very unsatisfied with the way this place is managed.

We're sorry you feel this way, but the sole error you’re referring to was a typo in your address on a confirmation email, which was quickly rectified. We also did not provide moving services to you, and only provided a free move estimate. Best wishes with your upcoming relocation!

If I could give Corrigan of Ann Arbor a negative review I would. I paid them a hefty fee to box items and I paid for insurance in case something went wrong. They DID NOT BOX a new 55" TV and they CRACKED THE SCREEN. They sent out …
Hi Tracy. I’m sorry you are disappointed with the claim settlement. The adjusters that looked at your TV reported that the screen was not cracked. They said it appeared from the outside to be undamaged. The TV was denied because of these reports from the adjusters.
Very bad experience! Rude staff. Hard to communicate. Moving staff only cares about their working time and want to finish the work as soon as possible. I won’t recommend.

My crew at Corrigan did an amazing job with our move. They showed up on time, were very polite and courteous and worked hard all day. In fact, they finished about an hour early saving me a few bucks. Corrigan is most definitely a top notch moving company! I hired them after I met with a few long distance moving companies & after I read their glowing reviews, I knew they were the ones. They were absolutely amazing! You can tell right way they are highly experienced. They were so supportive and made the experience positive & relieved my stress and me being overwhelmed. Moving can be stressful for most & they went above & beyond & we had a great experience.
