I had a hideous experience today inquiring about a move. Firstly, I Google an area but it shows up differently. I was upset about that and the person who answered the phone was rude. She hung up on me!!!!

Just had Eric and Randall move us out. Not only were they extremely efficient coming in under the quote but they were careful, respectful and incredible to work with. I will be using Carolina Moving and Storage again and will be recommending them to all my family and friends. I have requested Eric and Randall for our next scheduled move in May. I could not be more pleased with this company and Eric and Randall. Also a big thank you to Stephen who came out to do the quote!

Incredible, friendly, hardworking, funny, communicative, intelligent, caring, the list can go on. To say I was impressed and pleased with Carolina Moving and Storage would be an understatement. I am still FLOORED at how well they run their show. Stephen, Brian, Albert and Tyler all put in 120% effort over a 2 day move from Charlotte to Zebulon.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. I was quickly able to schedule a quote and a site visit to go over the move and was able to get on the schedule with in 5 days of said site visit. The communication from quote to arrival of the moving team was great and I even received text alerts as to when the moving team would arrive. The team consisted of 4 guys and one moving truck with all the furniture pads, shrink wrap and tape you could ever ask for.

This was the most hectic move I've ever made. The team at Carolina Moving and Storage made this bearable. I've used moving companies in the past and realized that never would I ever use them again until I was stuck having to move in a hurry and balance between my hectic work schedule. I reached out to CM&S and the very same day as promised on time were a team of movers along with 2 huge truck ready to assist and make this huge move with me all with smiles and determination on their faces.
