The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Cascade Movers are great, fast and they listen to what you want, they are very careful with your things. They are kind and courteous and very easy to work with. I had to move my date and they worked with me to get moved when I needed it. I would definitely recommend them, I have used a lot of movers in the past and they are by far the best.
Oh Cynthia/Cindy, thank you for the recommendation and the kind words! We thoroughly enjoyed working with you, too. Moving locally can often be just as tricky as the long distance moves when life throws those curve-balls into the mix; we were happy it all worked out.
Professional, excellent service. I was so impressed with Cascade. I had to reschedule at the last minute and they were able to work with me. On the day of the move, the movers were on time, kind, and professional. The move included moving my mom out of an apartment and into assisted living, as well as taking many items to a storage unit. The two movers were great, good communicators, and took extra care of delicate items. The price was reasonable. I will absolutely recommend Cascade to anyone moving. 10 out of 10!
Thank you so much for the 10/10 review! We truly appreciate you trusting Cascade Moving & Logistics during such an important family transition. Flexibility, clear communication, and taking extra care of your belongings are exactly what we strive for as a professional moving company.
I highly recommend Cascade Moving and Logistics for anyone moving from Oregon to California. Choosing direct transport was absolutely the right decision. They handled all of the loading and unloading, which made the entire process much easier. I've moved many times over the years, and this was by far the smoothest move I've experienced. Clarence and the Oregon team were professional, organized, and efficient. They quickly prepared and loaded our belongings, ensuring everything was handled properly.
Wow, thank you so much for the glowing review, Geof! We know that moving from Oregon to California is a major transition—especially on a tight timeline—so we are thrilled to hear that choosing our direct transport option gave you the smoothest move you've ever experienced.
I recently moved to Portland from Eugene and used Cascade Moving & Logistics, the experience was amazing. The guys were on time, very professional and fast too. From the first phone call to the end, it was seamless. They went above and beyond. I’ve moved a lot and they were one of the best. I highly recommend them!
Thank you so much for the kind words—we really appreciate it, Juanita! We’re happy to hear your move from Eugene to Portland went so smoothly and that our team made a great impression. It means a lot, especially coming from someone who’s moved a lot! We’ll be sure to pass this along to the crew.
