In their own words
Excellent customer service! Very clean and secure storage area. We are moving a business so live the wide lanes - we can use a tractor or skid steer to move heavy items and parts with lots of room to maneuver. Appreciate the online contracts so we don’t have to drive 9 hours to sign in person and the insurance option! The website is great - I appreciated the option to reserve a unit for 7 days so we could get our ducks in a row.
Wow! We agree—Reese is excellent. We’re grateful to have him running things at Eugene Safe Storage, and we’re grateful for excellent customers like you.
This is a new facility, it is amazing. Location, customer service all spot on . I was greeted politely and promptly by Reese I had some of my own special needs that needed to happen fairly quick. Reese Was able to accommodate my needs with no problem. I researched other facilities in the area and none even came close. I would recommend this business to my friends and family to Eugene safe storage. Thank you Joshua
Thank you, Joshua! We are so glad you found us and that we were able to meet your needs. As the owner, I have to say that Reese is an awesome manager who takes pride in our facility and in providing excellent customer service.
I am currently selling my home, furnished, and was looking for a place to stash my remaining possessions until I am able to look for a new home next summer. I noticed this newer looking storage area close to my home on I-5. I stopped by in July, chatted with the gentleman on duty, and he was very cordial and provided me with all the information I needed to sign up for a storage area. I stopped by again in August and met the owner, Kathy.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Dave. We appreciate having you as a new customer!
Kathy and Reese were so helpful with determining my needs and getting me all set up with a lock, 3 nicely marked keys to locate easily and even a key fob. And there was more, purified bottled water and even trail mix, (moving is a hungry job), plus an important tool, a pen along with great information about the facility and important contact information, with business cards. These were all gift wrapped in a nice clear plastic sleeve with a coordinated color ribbon.
We are so happy you found us, too. Top Drawer customers like you make our job fun!
