What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I can't say enough good things about this moving company. We hired Elite Relocation Services for a complicated office move involving the relocation of 40 staff to 6 separate locations, plus two truckloads of office furniture and supplies to temporary storage and a drop off to a donation site. Owner Shawn Jones was flexible and very responsive to our needs as they evolved throughout the process, providing us with skilled and efficient crews to complete the task.
Wow, thank you for such a glowing review, Kathy! We very much enjoyed working with you and your team. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you again soon.
I recently decided to move out of town and a friend of mine strongly recommended I call Elite for the move. She said she had an amazing experience with them last year and highly recommends them. So, I called Elite. Shawn, the owner, picked up the phone himself and walked me through the process. He also scheduled a complimentary home visit so he could give me a quote. He went above and beyond by coming to my home after regular business hours so that I wouldn't have to miss any work for the quote visit.
Wow, thanks so much for sharing your experience Austin! We are grateful for your kind words and for your business. We're so glad we knocked it out of the ballpark for you ... it's our goal on every move!
We had a great experience with Elite Relocation Services. Shawn came out to give an estimate and was thorough and professional, answering all my questions with confidence and ease, not with duhs or shrugs as did other local movers we interviewed. On moving day, Rashad, Will, David and Brandon arrived on time and ready to go to work. It was a large move, and they were exhausted by the end of the long day, but none wavered in energy, carefulness, enthusiasm and general good cheer.
Thank you for the fantastic review! We are a tight-knit crew and take pride in our work, from initial contact through the completion of each job. We appreciate your recognition and words of praise. It was a pleasure working with you!
We set up the move of our 10' X 18' storage unit located at A Storage Place Springfield LLC in Springfield, OR with Elite Relocation Services of Eugene, per recommendation of A Storage Place. This turned out to be a very good decision. The folks from Elite were waiting for us as we showed up early on the day of the move. Shawn, the supervisor, Will, & David proceeded to get to work right away after surveying the unit.
Thank you Robert for sharing your experience and your words of praise! It was a pleasure working with you.
