I hired this company 2 months ago for a move into storage. Shortly after the move, I had to leave town unexpectedly because my father broke his hip. I just returned and went to my storage unit to retrieve some items and I'm heartbroken at what I found. Heavy items were stacked directly on furniture surfaces causing damage. Worse, clearly marked FRAGILE boxes and bins were placed under extremely heavy furniture (see photos). Items were carelessly shoved into small spaces with no regard for what was inside.
Recently, one of my new tenants hired Casella and Sons. They used a metal ramp with an abrasive surface to gain access to the house through the front door. Unfortunately, they only started using the ramp after the front porch staircase collapsed and separated from the house while they were transporting a refrigerator. It then cost me $285.00 to have a contractor reattach it later that day. Granted, the staircase should have been sound enough to handle the stress of the move.
These clowns intentionally blocked my driveway to deliver a single piece of furniture to my neighbors, and then apparently stayed to eat dinner, watch football, and get their drink on. For TWO HOURS. What kind of delivery takes two hours? And why in holy hell would anyone think it's okay to block someone's driveway for that length of time? Or for even a single minute? The incompetence in stunning.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Absolutely Outstanding Moving Experience!** I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his amazing team. This was an interstate move. From the very first phone call to the final box being placed in my new home, the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. The team arrived on time, introduced themselves with friendly smiles, and immediately got to work.
I needed one large, heavy piece moved out quickly and every other company that i reached out to gave me quotes as though it were a room full of furniture. Casella quoted me a fair price and did the job on time, efficiently, and professionally. Great to deal with.
I cannot recommend Casella & Sons Moving Company highly enough. They have moved me multiple times over the past 13 years, and every single experience has felt less like hiring movers and more like being taken care of by trusted friends. They’ve helped me through major life moments — moving after a divorce, moving my now-husband in, relocating my business (three times!), and most recently organizing two massive storage units and completely saving my sanity.
Every member of our family has used Jay and his team at some point in our lives for a big move! The latest was for my mom who just moved into senior living. The care and kindness which Jay's team brought to the job made the whole situation light and stress-free. Our move consisted of bringing some items to her new senior living, and some items into a storage unit. The team kept it tidy and maximized the 20'x20' space we allocated for the job.
