DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My family is part of a military organization and we use this company for the first time to move our belongings only to learn that there was stuff missing from Alexandria, VA to Yorktown, VA. (2 people were supposed to move our stuff, but it turned out 5 people showed up from out of nowhere) Our clothes, jewelry, and pictures were missing. Does their insurance cover for our loss after we unpacked? NO. THEY DO NOT COVER OUR LOSS BECAUSE OF WINDOW TIME FRAME.
Can you send proof that my company were the company that moved you if not please remove this review because I'm 100% sure we didn't provide moving services for you and your family
Thomas was disrespectful to me on the phone when trying to find movers for my son. Not willing to plan ahead two months. UPDATE: I evaluated your company, and you didn't want to work with me. You can't filter out reviews. This is how your company reacted and it's a representation i.e. a review.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I contacted several moving companies for our move from Virginia to the Houston, Texas area, and Casper Movers was the only company that responded right away. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. The owner, Darren, personally came to our home, walked through the entire house as well as our storage units, and gave us a great price for such a large move. We scheduled everything, and his moving crew showed up right on time and did a wonderful job.

I had an amazing experience moving my one-bedroom apartment, which included several large and heavy furniture pieces. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. A team of five arrived on time, worked seamlessly as a well-organized crew, and handled everything with care. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Despite the size and weight of some of the furniture, they moved everything quickly and safely without any issues.

I was referred to CasperMovers by a friend who gave Casper Movers glowing remarks. They were efficient & Thomas Casper was super nice. My experience with Mr. Casper & his team of movers was exactly like my friend said. Mr. Casper was super nice and professional, and his team was too. They packed the one bedroom apartment before the actual move date. That was a blessing! On the move date, they worked fast, efficient, and organized. They went over & beyond what was required.

This review is long overdue. I have worked with Casper on about 4-5 moves (between DC and MoCo, and intra-DC, and multi-stop moves) across almost 7 years. Even when his team members are different, their skill is impressive. These are not just some guys off the street, these are legitimate professionals with actual moving tools and techniques to ensure your stuff is safe and moved efficiently. Furthermore, on each occasion, the team has been extremely respectful to me and my family.
