I was disappointed in my experience given all the positive reviews and wanted to share for others a word of caution. I was initially impressed as came out and provided reasonable quote. Had been worried about the move due to the weather, but unfortunately there were no other immediate days around and I didn’t have a lot of flexibility to change. The movers seemed to try hard and worked quickly, unfortunately there was damage to both my front door frame and two pieces of furniture.
Thank you for taking the time to provide thorough feedback on your recent move with Division 1. We wish we could have provided an exceptional move experience and are very sorry this was not the case.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish – Fair, Careful, and Honest I recently used this company for a full-house move and had a great experience with them. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The Estimate: Micky came out to do the estimate and was a pleasure to work with. His quote was significantly better than others I received, fair, transparent, and realistic. No pressure, just honest value. The Move Team: On moving day, Cesar, Pablo, Mario, and Juan O. were absolutely fantastic.

What a great moving experience! The team of Rene, Jorge, Chamar and Juan B were amazing. They were on time as scheduled, communicated the arrival time, and were extremely careful with all the pieces moved. (3 BR, 1300 SF apartment). All of the guys communicated throughout about where things should go and even placed them exactly where we wanted them in the room. Thanks also to Mickey, who came out within 24 hours to do an estimate and it was exactly as much as estimated.

I think most people would agree that moving is no fun — but Division 1 Moving makes it about as painless as possible. My husband and I moved the contents of our two-bedroom condo to another town about three hours away. From start to finish, Division 1 made the process easy. First, Mickey Brooks came to our condo to give us an estimate, go over the agreement, and schedule the move date.

Our realtor recommended D1 Moving, and we could not have been happier that we went with them! From the initial contact to get an estimate through the planning/logistics to the actual move itself, the customer service was exceptional. Lisa was our main POC for the estimate and planning/logistics, and she was AMAZING! She was incredibly responsive and made us feel like we were being taken care of by a good friend!
