Worst customer service ever. I consider the transaction I had with this company to be a complete scam. I clearly identified that I was moving from a specified size storage unit to the same size unit at another storage facility a short distance away. A reasonable quote was given, however when the time came for the move, the mover underestimated the truck size, causing 2 hours of additional work (first trying to put together all of my stuff like a puzzle in the truck to make it fit, then another extra hour going…

Stay away.... Spoke at length yesterday to lock in a date. We agreed on the date, and I was supposed to receive emails directly after we hung up. Never got the emails. Texted back this morning and got no response. Finally called to find out …

If I could give zero Stars I would. They got the moving date wrong the contact phone number wrong and the address wrong. Then they charged us $500 to redeliver it despite the mistakes being all of theirs. they brought it down to 300 we paid it just to get rid of them. they also shattered the glass on two of my paintings despite them being wrapped in three layers of bubble wrap.this was the most distasteful experience I've had with any company. This is the first negative review I've ever written.

Truly horrible experience! They took twice as long as originally planned, and had to keep all of my things overnight in a "secured" location, which turned out to be a joke. They rescheduled the delivery for days later, leaving me with none of my personal belongings for days and causing me to take extra time off from work. The packers didn't bring appropriate packing supplies like wardrobe boxes and wound up just throwing clothes from the closet into square boxes. Everything was a mess.

Extremely bad experience with this company. I moved several times but never had a mover who had no clue of the time it would take to move a three bedroom town house. Initially, the visual inspection was done by the company and given the tour of whole house including basement; all rooms and back patio. During the inspection, the inspector estimated no more than 6-8 hours for the total move but his movers took more than 5 hours additionally and finished the job at mid-night by ending in 13 hours.

Dont hire them, they send me a bill for 138 a hr for 3hr 448, i knew it would take no less than 4 hr so i agree. They charge me $968 to move 2 dresser, 2 beds, 2 chest, a sectional, a wall unit, and some boxes. The guys took 7 hrs, they went very slow, they took apart everything even my box spring just to run up time. When i saw how slow they was going i tried to help the driver told me not to touch his Uhaul truck with my stuff.

I have been working with Centurion Movers since the spring. On June 17, I complained about not having been called back regarding my wardrobe rentals although I had send an email and had spoken to Ona on the previous Friday. She told me that the manager would call me back and hung up on me. The manager certainly called me within 30 minutes and informed me that he had cancelled my move, would refund me my money, and that I still had enough time to find another mover--9 days prior to my move!!!

The most unprofessional people imaginable! If you want someone to curse at you and tell you what to do then this is your company. I asked for an estimate and received a call from someone cursing at me. I'd never think of using this company again!
