Stay away from this company they damage your furniture unprofessional charging more than they quote you and take advantage of the customer definitely one of the worst moving companies They brought a truck that was too small for the job. I provided an inventory list and photos and they told me 3 men. 2 men arrived . They don't provide a written estimate or explain how they charge. Extremely unprofessional and a RIP-OFF. It’s unfortunate that things turned out this way. After accommodating your every request. Constantly switching dates and times for you. Even moving more than what we anticipated on moving based on the list you provided to us. The list did change a few times as well.

We apologize for the misunderstanding but tell the whole truth Mr. Fitz it’s clearly in the terms and conditions located in bold letters that we reserve the right to subcontract to a certified contractor. This company that assisted us that day is fully insured under our company.
first i want to say the first time i used them to move it was great! so that’s why i picked them for the next move.. boy why did i do that! it was the worst experience ever imagine! Where do i start! everything I owned came in my place broken, stolen or destroyed called the owner he was locked in for a while. so no one ever got back to me. sent pictures and complained and got absolutely nothing but a man saying he was in jail trying to get out. they sent 2 young men 1 was very nice but he only had 1 arm.
I used Keep It Moving, LLC when I moved my belongings from my old house into a storage unit. The movers left all of my patio furniture at the house because it wouldnt fit on the truck. The inexcusable part was that nobody bothered to tell me! I reached out to the company to escalate the lack of courtesy, but my concern was never acknolwdged. The rest of that move went okay though, so I decided to use them again to moved out of the storage and into my newly constructed home. That was that a HUGE MISTAKE!

I can’t say *enough* good things about Keep It Moving. Their system/portal to approximate your move is helpful and intuitive. Kevin was extremely responsive and proactive in setting up the service and expectations for the move day. Semaj, and Basil were competent, courteous, and communicative and the spatial Tetris they pulled off to get a couch through our front door was nothing short of sorcery. I’d use their service any time I had a move, big or small.
