Condescending, rude, and unprofessional. They consistently made rude, demeaning comments throughout their work, and even tried to overcharge us (allegedly it was a mistake). There was so little care about what we wanted, and they had a poor attitude from the very start.
We are very sorry you did not have a great experience using us. We pride ourselves on customer service and handling customers goods with great care. If there is a billing discrepancy, please call us at [phone removed] and we will try and settle it. Thank you
Damaged our floors. I seen they were moving heavy file cabinets filled with paper and told them to put cardboard or blankets down. They put some down but only right in front of the entrance. Brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring now has several locations cracked or scraped. Owner refused to work with us.
The WORST moving experience I've ever experienced. Do not hire this company. Isiah was off-putting from the beginning to the end. His "Time is Money" approach is not how you treat your customers, especially when you have white furniture and want it wrapped. And then to have your crew using the bathroom for 15 minutes, take a lunch break for 45 minutes, and want to charge us $180/hour. I have used plenty of movers before and never had an experience quite like this.
We made a local move. 2 miles apart. They quoted $2500 we were charged $3500 & demanded to tip the movers. We actually moved less than the original quote, they moved boxes they were told to leave and they da m aged our entertainment center. Additionally we self packed, had all the boxes marked which room and they just dumped them willy nilly I've moved cross country multiple times. Worst move ever!!!
Horrible, the movers give away where you are moving to, to anyone who approaches them and asks. If you want privacy don't use this company. They also lose items or leave them behind. They don't box up everything if when you tell them to box up everything. They leave you stuff exposed to theft by people walking by.

Jan, we don't have a Scott that works here. My name is Connor and I am the owner. This company has been run by my family for over 45 years. I handed you an estimate that clearly stated $325 a month for storage. If you didn't want to agree to this rate you should have used another moving company.

Professional, on time and efficient. They did not break a single item out of my packed 28' truck. Tyrone and his crew went above and beyond for me and got the job done safely, efficiently and were pleasure to be around. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! Highly recommend!

Hello! I’ve been remiss in doing my review, but I hope what I say makes up a little bit for that. 😊 Sloane moving is THE BEST moving company we have ever had!! We have moved numerous times but Sloane by far, excelled in every aspect of a very trying time in our lives! I cannot find my list of names but when I do, I will come back on to update because each and every employee deserves the recognition of not only a job well done, but I felt like we made friends with the guys during the process.
