In their own words
I can see a couple things here and there broken or something, but there’s ALOT of things gone, broken, or still missing. I would not recommend Champion Moving.
We are sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we cannot find you in our system. We would like to reconcile this issue with you. If you could please call us at [phone removed], or by email at [email removed] we would be happy to work through this. We look forward to hearing from you.
I am very disappointed with my experience and service I received with Champion movers in moving my parents grandfather clock. They were a total of 2.5 hrs late with no communication on their end. I had to call several times to see when my movers would be arriving. By not showing up at their appointed time, several were inconvenienced. The grandfather clock was well wrapped prior to transport although the clock was not handled with care during the loading process.
Ouch! This doesn’t seem like our team! We do not have any records of this move, you may have the wrong company. If you have a bill of lading or receipt of your move please send into our office.
This company meets up at sheetz gas station in Willoughby takes 80% of the pumps not getting gas . I literally watched a worker go inside get a pizza and sit in his truck eating it at the pump . About 6 trucks. All standing out chatting and one smoking a cigarette. I asked one of the champion workers why are you guys parked at pimps if you’re not getting gas. They both just starred at me and said nothing , one with a smirk. Here it is 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday and I can’t get gas so I can go to work.
We used this company 7 years ago and it was wonderful, last week they were not. They damaged nearly every piece of furniture they moved for us. They put tape directly on wood surfaces so we now have sticky furniture. The movers also refused to disassemble a child’s bed and did not even move all the furniture that was on the inventory list. Instead of moving in one day, we are now forced to get a U-Haul this weekend to finish moving ourselves.
They got to my house and seen that I have steep stairs and then blamed it on sanitary for a little cat fur. This was the only day to do move so now my rest of the week is messed up. I'm going to have lose money cause they were to lazy to walk my stairs.Would not recommend

First time I used Champion they were great. Second time I used champion, they were NOT - they were slow and bent my window frame to get the couch into my living room. Three guys were unable to get the box spring upstairs, but somehow one …

Took almost a year to get my things to from Bay Area to London... then they tried to bill me for storage during that time.

In their own words
When your movers show up first thing in the morning and introduce themselves as Toast, Lid, Ken, and Jimmy Stewart, you already know you’re in for a good time. What you don’t yet know is how fast, how efficient, and frankly how impressive this crew is. I’ve moved 24 times in my life. Several international. Several coast to coast. This was hands down the best moving team I’ve ever had the fortune to deal with. They were incredibly quick, but nothing felt rushed. Everything was handled with precision. No banging.
Darren, thank you for taking the time to leave an amazing 5-star review. I will let your crew of Toast (Nathan), Lid, Ken and Jimmy, know that you were so thrilled with their efforts. We are honored to receive such high marks on your 25th move (WOW!).
I used Champion to move my furniture locally on August 6th, 2025. Jordan and Dominic K arrived early (after finishing early on the move before mine and calling to ask if they could come earlier than the agreed upon time). They worked well as a team and very quickly moved my very heavy furniture (and some odds and ends) into their truck. They wrapped everything very well. When we arrived to my new home, they unloaded everything very quickly and moved my bedroom furniture upstairs.
Heather, thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review! We really appreciate the high praise! I will let your crew of Jordan and Dom know that you were so thrilled with their efforts! Thank you for adding so many details about your specific move and how our team was able to assist you!
I recently used Champion Moving for my relocation, and I can confidently say they exceeded all expectations. Jordan and Dominic were the movers assigned to my job, and they were absolute standouts from start to finish. Both arrived on time, with a professional and positive attitude that instantly put me at ease. They handled my belongings with extreme care, worked efficiently without ever cutting corners, and maintained excellent communication throughout the move.
Bill, thank you for taking the time to leave an excellent 5-star review! I will let your crew of Jordan and Dom know that you were so thrilled with their efforts! We are lucky to have Jordan and Dom on our team.
I can't say enough good things about this moving crew( Jordan, Nolan, and Dom.). From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly courteous. They showed up right on time, introduced themselves, and got to work immediately with a clear plan and a great attitude. What really stood out was the care they took with my belongings, every piece of furniture was wrapped and handled with extreme caution, and nothing was scratched, dented, or broken during the move.
A C thank you for taking the time to leave us a detailed 5-star review! We really appreciate your vote of confidence. Thank you for also shouting out your crew of Jordan, Dom and Nolan. I will let them know that you were so thrilled with their efforts.
