I have have used them once before and had excellent service this time i used them i had a dewalt drill missing and Damage to my 300 brand new fire pit i called spoke with David about the drill finally answered after 3 calls and told me he was on vacation and would it right and replace the drill he never called back but 1 of the movers did stating he was told by David and I was calling the police if the mover did not replace the drill which was a lie and unprofessional to use a customer in a lie unreal i called…
Worst moving company ever!!! And I have moved fifteen times! If I could give them a negative ten I would. My grandfather clock of twenty five years is completely ruined, thanks to their inept packing. I have wardrobes that I can't even figure out what's in them. I am missing Tiffany globes etc. Do not use them!!! Remember I have moved fifteen times... If you use them, you will regret it.

Great team! Friendly and efficient group. Nothing was broken and everyone was super helpful Update, missing items and company was notified at least 3 times, different ways, phone, text, and no one has responded that they have followed up about my piano music rack as they said they would. Kind of difficult to play piano when music falls in my lap 😕

My husband and I have moved 12 times in the past 35 years and this move with Krupp Moving and Storage was by far our best moving experience. They arrived on time and finished early. They used floor protectors and wrapped items as necessary. Kelvin, Maquire and Anthony were all professional, pleasant and hard working. Nothing was lost or damaged. I cannot say enough about them as a company. The professionalism of setting up the date, the good communication about the quote and then the team that came out and did the job was incredibly personable and yet made sure everything was moved carefully and protected. Our situation as a family was tough. We had a newborn and I had just gone through a significant medical event, so we needed a company and a team that went above and beyond in a lot of ways and they certainly did.

We moved from Ohio to SC and we found Krupp to be a great choice! We got multiple quotes. Krupp was very reasonable and very helpful as we got our packing underway answering questions, etc. We packed the boxes but they took apart furniture, wrapped each piece carefully and loaded it all up. Down here in SC they put it all back together and shuffled things to rooms as requested. Trevor managed the loading crew and was also our driver showing good continuity of care.

I used Krupp moving to unload my moving pod in Columbus. The movers themselves were absolutely wonderful. The three guys were really kind/friendly, fast and efficient, and handled all my items with care. They were clear on how they document the condition of items in the pod and were very communicative. The cost was also incredibly affordable.
