In their own words
Was an awful experience. On numerous occasions the movers were hanging out in their truck eating and talking on their phones and including it in the time I was being charged. One of their movers had a “medical event” unrelated to the moving - which is unfortunate - they were ok - but I was charged for the time for that to be dealt with with no moving taking place. Then to drive 40 minutes (on a heavy traffic day) - it took them over two hours to drive to my new location and charged me for the drive time.
Before they moved anything in, they broke a branch off of my tree and tried to blame me. I watched them drop things and try to minimize or hide damage; I watched them drop a panel from a medicinal sauna and they put it together broken and gouged. Did not follow specific packing requests and broke stained glass window; they hid the damage, you could hear it clink. Lost legs to the last remaining thing I own of my mother's, a large dining room table. They are nice as they disregard your property and heirlooms.
Abandon building with no say so to property or ownership. I recommend the owners get a move on this, it is not kind to leave belongings in neighborhoods where people can get in trouble going in their. I believe this to be the responsibility of the owner and thus, should be accountable for actions and he’s I mean the ones others commit to the building by stealing from it or sleeping in it and going to jail for it perhaps… don’t leave it there. Clean up your mess. I assume there’s valuable items of sort In here

In their own words
Summit Moving is truly professional. Jon T, Kevin, Tazar, Richie, and Carl showed up on time and worked so hard for hours on one of the hottest, muggiest days of the summer. The were efficient and courteous. They were careful with all our belongings and looked for guidance whenever necessary. Jon even slipped a door off its hinges to. Are sure I could get a piece of furniture where I really wanted it. The quote was accurate and they even came in under the budgeted time which saved us money. Much appreciated!
Susie - Thank you so much for the fantastic 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear CJ, Kevin, Jon T, Tazar and Richie went above and beyond, even on a hot summer day, to make your move smooth and efficient.
We had a great experience with Summit. Brandon helped us with the estimate. He was very responsive and scheduling was easy. Devan and Robbie did our move and they were great! Very polite, efficient, and treated our items with care. While I don't want to move again any time soon, I would certainly use Summit again if I needed to!
Alana - Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear you had a great experience with Brandon, Devan, and Robbie. From the estimate to move day, we always aim to make the process smooth and stress-free, and it’s great to know that came through.
Summit moving helped me with my move last year. They were great. Very helpful, professional and a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.
Ginni - Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that our team provided helpful, professional service at a great value. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to assisting you with any future moves!
Sarah helped me schedule my appointment and she was incredibly thorough and helpful, she walked me through the estimate and what to expect the day of so I was completely prepared. My movers were John (Schaar), Devan and Dontá, and they were absolutely phenomenal. They were very understanding of the chaotic state of my apartment when they came to pick up furniture, and I was amazed by how fast and efficient they were.
Elliott - Thank you so much for the amazing 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear that our staff was helpful from start to finish and that our moving crew did an amazing job. It was a pleasure working with you, and we truly appreciate your kind words. We’re always here if you ever need us again!
