This was the worst moving experience I have ever seen and if there was a way to have 0 stars they would have it. The only good thing I can say is they were cheap and I know why. They lost boxes and had to come multiple times to drop off items they forgot. Even after that there are still missing items, items that can't just be replaced by buying new. Any items that made it showed up broken due to the most idiotic packing job I have ever seen.

DO NOT HIRE. My parents hired them and they showed up 3 hours late, and when my dad politely offered to help them move stuff in the house because they already wasted so much of our time, the crew of 3 men ganged up on my dad and started screaming at him. Spit in his face, and to top it off, their manager called them off the moving job and told my dad that his crew of 3 men was unsafe against only my dad. Absolutely horrible people, we will be reporting this company.

My partner booked this company to move us from a three-bedroom apartment in downtown Cleveland to another three-bedroom apartment just five minutes away. To be clear, this was not an unusually complicated move. Only one bedroom actually contained a bed that needed to be disassembled; the other two were offices with desks and a couch. The movers arrived an hour late because of a road closure, so we were already behind schedule.

I used Leaders Movers last summer for an interstate move, and I honestly regret it. They first moved my belongings into their storage facility in Columbus, then a different crew from Cleveland transported everything out of state. What I didn’t realize at the time was just how much damage they would cause. When I filed a claim after the move, I was already surprised by how many items were damaged. One important thing I learned too late is that you need to inspect everything before submitting a claim.

Moved May 29th and my Costum Built Night Stand and an Expensive Tray Table was Damaged during the move. After seeing my custom built dresser set not shrinked wrapped or secured with any cloth I asked. Excuse me aren’t you going to cover this to secure it. I said I spent $5,000 on this custom built set and I don’t want it damaged. The young guy said yeah we do once it’s on the truck! The point is to cover it as you transport and transfer to avoid situations like these.

Terrible experience. They show up about 3 hours late, work for about 30 minutes only to call and tell me they cannot finish the job because of guidelines not followed THAT WERE NEVER DISCUSSED AT ALL PRIOR TO THE JOB they left my apartment in a total mess, leaving furniture in the kitchen and hallways, doors left unlocked and they ripped the internet wire in the street and left it hanging on trees for anyone to be hit by it .

Biggest mistake hiring this company. I was upfront about the weight and the size of a table was told it was no problem accepted the quote moving day comes and they decide that is unsafe to move the table. No one came out and looked. I gave them all of the information upfront . , I discovered that they broke the front railing and caused major damage in the hallway down the stair, after they left three different workers not one said anything about the damage that they did.

Daughters used their services. Moved from an apartment in Cleveland to Columbus. Plus their items (small load) were placed on a truck with other items because they didnt have a lot. $3400+ invoice. I will say the three guys who did the work were great but definitely not worth that kind of money. A house, maybe. But not a small apartment. Total time was less than four hours which included the two hour drive time. When I called with concern was told it would have been $1000 less if it was a local move.
