In their own words
I have to say I chose Moving Champions because of the 5 star review, the sales rep was amazing on the phone, he was polite and attentive, he promised me the quote would not change he said the quote remained the same because is a biding price, the pick up was smooth and the movers were super nice, respectful and caring, after the move I need it storage I specifically say only 10 days storage they said they will do like month, just in case which they said I could change the date no problem, after they took my stuff…
Update: they paid for the damages to be fixed. There was multiple damaged areas to a bedframe, multiple on dresser, multiple on coffee table. They also discounted service due to the hassle and having to wash the couch due to mishandling of the couch as well. Overall the experience was absolutely terrible but they made it right although my pieces of furniture has now lost value and the bed is permanently broken due to them cracking the side board.

In their own words
This company definitely deserved 5 star because that is exactly what they gave, a 5 star service. The original company I hired ended up messing up on the whole process. while I was sitting on hold for over 40 minutes, I saw Champions moving was calling, I immediately answered and explained my situation to the most amazing girl and that I needed movers in 2 days. She made it happen and first thing Monday morning too!!!
I recently used champions moving for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They arrived right on time, handled all my furniture and boxes with great care, and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home.
Walé and Francisco were such a polite, strong hard working team of young men who most importantly were kind and listened well, following my every direction. Honest, professional company owner came out to the job to make sure everything went well with good Midwestern values and no game playing with the price exactly as quoted. Would definitely hire again in a heartbeat. Thank you Champions Moving.
Davaughn and Antonio were wonderful ! Moving from the east coast to the west coast of Florida. Had it all packed and ready, the guys came in and had it done and gone in a flash. They took their time to wrap and carefully move my belongings from my apartment to storage. Even had some laughs in the simple thought of not having to go up or down any stairs at their location that day. They even got my mom with a good laugh, making it seem like my storage unit was too slow for what I had.
