My family was moving from Georgia to Missouri. The first thing that happened was he told me they would be there at 8:30 AM they didn’t show up until past 9AM which it’s fine. Atlanta traffic can delay arrival. Second thing is, Joshua and Ray had awesome attitudes the first day. The other guy (don’t remember name) had a sucky attitude the entire time. BUT when we made this arrangement I asked him different things like what if would cost to do a 3 man for 4 hours instead of 3 hours.

So many pieces of our furniture, which was all brand new, was damaged. We couldn't be more disappointed. I emailed them and received no response. I do not recommend this company nor would we ever use them again.

Scheduled day ran very late at another customer. Postponed till next day. Started off OK. Do not pack in organized way. First day when I went to pack my clothes they completely didn’t follow directions or ask questions. Packed cushions and mislabeled. Had to take apart and find missing cushions. Mislabel bedroom going to apartment entirely. The second day of packing was a disaster. I’m busy relabeling boxes and using sharpies to clearly mark contents. Packers ran out of sharpies, using pencils ( can’t see pencil).

Update: We sued them in court a won a $13,596 judgement for the damage to our property. Photo added, justice served! They're now ignoring us and refusing to pay. Stay AWAY from this company! Very poor experience. They are not professionals. We paid almost $3000 to move and they damaged thousands of dollars worth of our belongings and both homes walls and flooring. We had just paid to have the new house painted before we moved in and there are holes in walls and scratches all over the place.

I had originally given a 5 star review, because they seemed to move very quickly. They requested a review while still at my house. I didn’t want to be rude, so I did it, because it felt like good service. Come to find out, the teenage boy didn’t get the last of the stuff I mentioned to him 3 separate times. He was lazy compared to the father & owner of the company. However, the owner Joshua packed my most fragile items beneath my heaviest boxes. BOOKS. I have fragile spiritual items that are destroyed.

Hired this company for a basic residential move from Lawrenceville to Braselton. In the process they damaged a ton of our stuff by not properly wrapping it up and securing it. When we tried to get them to give us a credit on the bill for our washer/dryer which was egregiously scratched and dented, they only offered $180 because according to them "just because it's scratched doesn't mean it doesn't work". I had to take them to court in Fulton County. Justice was served! Photo attached.

DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS! I hired these movers to move me from Smyrna to Buckhead. They robbed me! They took my entire jewelry box out of my moving boxes as well as a purse.When they arrived to my new home Buckhead one of the movers started taking pictures of my new home inside and taking selfies in front of my view. The movers they hire are criminals! DO NOT HIRE!

STAY AWAY! I absolutely do not recommend using this company for moves. While performing a recent move for my friend, many items of jewelry went missing as well as a purse. Thousands of dollars worth of items are now missing. I would avoid using them if you treasure your valuables.
