DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They took one of the most stressful days in a person's life and made it even worse. First of all, they came the day before to box things up, which seemed like a good time saving idea, and I was assuming they were sizing up how much truck room they would need the next day. Next morning, they start with the snide comments almost immediately, made first by the older guy in charge.

Ok first the GOOD news: the men were polite and dressed appropriately (appeared groomed). Now the BAD news: The men obviously had no idea how to take apart and reassemble an adjustable bed foundation. For nearly a month and a half I struggled with my bed not working properly. The mattress kept traveling off the foundation by 4-5 inches. So it was hanging over the side. Every night I had to struggle with trying to physically pull my mattress back onto the base.

I was extremely disappointed with their service. First, they asked if any of our furniture was insured and since it wasn't they proceeded to literally break most of our furniture. We understand that most furniture seems inexpensive and that they are not responsible for damage but that does not mean that it was ok to mishandle it and break it. We now have several pieces broken or missing. They treated our things like it was junk not to mention they were rude most of the time. I don't recommend it.

Can't even get them to respond to any of my inquires to schedule a move. Used them before in 2016 and loved them so knew right away when planning to move again I would use them. Emailed employee directly over 2 week ago. Emailed again through website to general inquires still didn't hear back. Called in spoke with a person who just kept putting me on hold or asking for information I had already given. Frustrating and unprofessional. Disappointed in the way the company is run now in 2020.
Les called as he was running late from another estimate - he was sure to tell me it was a big job in Bent Creek. He called after he was already supposed to be at our house. Unfortunately after already taking off from work to meet with them I could not stay because of their poor planning. The “girls” (as he called them) in the office likened him to a doctor who runs late, which was laughable.

Cannot speak highly enough of our moving experience with this company. We were originally quoted for a four man crew for our 2300 sqft house to an 4000 sqft house a hour apart. The house we were moving from had an extra flight of stairs and a difficult driveway. We also have a large amount of solid, Amish made wood furniture. I was worried when I saw three men show up to move our entire house. But these three men did the work of six, I swear. They were careful, quick, and efficient.

What a phenomenal moving experience! They treated every box, storage bag, and piece of furniture with the upmost care. They went above and beyond for us today moving our stuff from our old house to our new house. Cheap rates and very respectful movers. Highly recommend this company. By far the best movers I ever had. Had a complete written estimate, which included storage, with zero hidden fees. They called to remind me of move, provide time window, and then delivery after storage with same. The guys were super professional and so sweet.....and fast!! My realtor from Iron Valley, Russ Addie, said he only uses them! The only item broken...was by me. LOL. From the other reviews, it doesn't look like they need mine....but I had to share.....reasonable prices too!
