EDIT REVIEW : Today I received a letter from the company saying the following among other things. But most importantly according to the bill of lading you have you up to 9 months to file a claim and the company should be liable for it. I will continue update this review and upload all the entire bill of lading where Ciao Moving & Storage LLC only reported ONE damaged article at picked up, and the rest of my furniture in perfect conditions and you can see from the pictures how they arrived at the destination.
So I did not hire this company directly, they were contracted from Hercules Moving Solutions. This company showed up and immediately jacked up the cost of my move by thousands of dollars regardless of the signed contract I had, and this is the day of my long distance move and I felt helpless and ripped off! When they got there they were understaffed so they hired my neighbor for labor, talked about rolling blunts one hannded while driving their haul across country, then by the end of the truck being loaded several…
We are truly sorry to hear about your terrible experience. However, we did not handle your move, and we are not affiliated with any moving brokers. Our company operates transparently and only works directly with our clients never through third-party brokers.
Unfortunately, I wished I had the same experience like everyone else. This moving company made me spend $500 to cover all the lines on the wall of the studio I was renting due to the careless manage of their moving boxes. They almost brake a very expensive flower vase and glass stove and on top of that I had to deal with one of the employees lack of professionalism. This company also doesn’t have in their website their warehouse location which cause a mal interpretation of their warehouse location.
72 hours before my scheduled move (which has been scheduled for weeks), Ciao Moving cancelled my move because of what they claim to be department of transportation changing licensing so they are currently not able to do interstate moves until paperwork is filled out. How can every other Miami moving company be aware of these changes and able to do interstate moves? Save your time and use any other moving company. Pro Movers Miami was able to get me booked within 30 minutes.

My wife and I chose Ciao moving because they had the highest reviews of the vendors on the building approved list. We were still skeptical as we have had bad experiences with moving companies in the past, but Yasser and his crew was absolutely fantastic!! I can’t say enough about how great they were to work with and how carefully they handled all of our valuables. They were all very professional and handled our stuff better than we ever would. Everything was well wrapped in blankets that needed to be.
