I moved end of May, they took my fireplace apart, once they moved my items in home I saw my cabinet still on they're truck as they were about to leave which they brought into my home once I set everything up I noticed my screws and shelves were not in drawer or to be found anywhere, also my footboard to my king size bed was missing I contacted company they were to deliver items but never did. I emailed, left messages never called me back after they said they would deliver items service was fast tho
We don't recall you ever contact us about this - who did you speak with if you did?
Completely unprofessional. Never showed up for scheduled pickup, didn’t bother to contact us to let us know they weren’t coming, and they were unreachable by both phone and email. Only after we had scrambled to find new movers (after numerous attempts to contact them, several hours after they were supposed to arrive) did we receive a text asking if we still wanted to move today. Ridiculous.
Olivia, we’re really sorry for the missed move and poor communication. We completely understand your frustration—this isn’t the experience we want anyone to have, and we’re taking steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
We have never used movers before and would never again if Cincinnati Movers would have to do it. We had them move us from an apartment to a condo. The two kids who were sent were not equipped or skilled to handle the move. It took them 11 hours to load and unload a 24 foot truck AND they had to come back and work another 5 hours the next day. There was damage to the wood on multiple pieces of furniture and broken dishes. When questioned about the damage they tried to imply that the damage was not their fault.
This was the MOST unprofessional moving company ever. This was my first time ever using a moving service and thanks to them I will NEVER use one again. It’s not even a real company, they make up their own prices. There’s no contracts or papers to sign. They came 3 hours later than what they were suppose to, had the nerve to stop to get food, and some of our items were left in the truck and never retrieved.
I was asked to revise my original post. So on the day of my move they were to be there at 10 am, no one showed up. When I called, I was told they tried to confirm and had the guys moving someone at 10 am last minute and couldn't be there. I was told they couldn't reach me when we have been in contact prior through text message. I have no missed calls, no voicemails, text messages trying to confirm. Yet I have the original texts setting up the move.
We don't have a record of you booking a move with us, hence we didn't know to confirm the move. You must have us confused with another company. We would appreciate if you revise this review or better yet remove it. Thank you
I would give zero stars but can’t. Movers didn’t show up with anything to wrap our furniture with or wardrobe boxes to put clothes in like we requested when we booked the appointment. Since they didn’t have anything to wrap our stuff they just left, didn’t even tell us, we had to call the office to find out they left. Didn’t offer to come back at a different date or anything. Now we are stuck with no movers and two days to move all our furniture out.
Apparently you have us confused with another mover. We don't offer packing services. We would appreciate if you modify or better yet, remove this review.
Scheduled a loading of PODs at 1PM. Get a call at 12:30 for being late 30 minutes. 2:00 PM rolls around and nothing. At 2:30, I call and the group is still doing the first job. Finally showed around 4:00 with a moving truck. I only requested help loading. I was charged for the moving truck. I can't recommend.
No show at 2 appointments. Slow response to calls. Backed out of move at last minute with no warning call and lied about reasons; got different agents with calls whom made up different stories. Don't waste your money on this unprofessional and totally unreliable service (lack thereof).
Sorry but we don't have a record of your booking with us. Could you have mistaken us with other Cincinnati moving companies. If not, please contact us so we can identify what happened, but almost certain you didn't book with Cincinnati Movers.

I reached out to Cincy movers about 1 1/2 months before my move. Unforeseen circumstances caused me to need to move apartments and potentially change moving days. Cody worked with me to adjust my days and times for my move. My movers, Colton and Tommy, were kind, friendly, professional, and quick. I could not recommend Cincinnati Movers enough. Whenever I move again, I will definitely be using them.

Donny and his guys we’re great from start to finish! They did a full pack job, did so for a great price. I have an extensive amount of expensive stemmed dishes, and all made it safe and sound. He treated my family with respect, as did his team. His quote was the best in town, and he completed our two day, cross country move with no added stress to us. I would book him for my next move no questions asked!
The movers were excellent and worked under strict conditions without any complaints. They were about 30 minutes late arriving to the first location, but gave me call to let me know ahead of time. I appreciated that! They were quick in loading and unloading furniture and boxes. The owner Donnie was very accommodating on pricing and even lowered some fees. The only suggestion I have is to update the website and current phone number.
