If you want your personal property smashed, broken, missing this company is the perfect choice. Our new couch's leg was broken off, dresser drawer smashed in, our $2000 paddle board was dropped from the top of the semi onto asphalt... when I confronted the employee he stated, "its no big deal that's a high value item, insurance will fix it". I had a $1500 professional Kimball office desk completely smashed and broken.
The pre-move inspector “Shirley” told us our estimated weight was 13k , but then wrote down 14.4k and didn’t tell us. We only found out because we happen to see it on the packer’s inventory sheet. When we called the company “Amy” answered and was very unprofessional. I tried to explain the possible consequences we suffer when they tell us one weight but then write down another, but she didn’t empathize at all. She actually told me that when it’s all said and done I’ll probably only have to pay for 100lbs or so.

I’m using my sisters account... my name is Cari Hamill and our family was moving out of state so and we hired Clark Transfer moving and storage. I have had numerous bad experiences with moving companies from theft to damage. This was the best experience we ever had moving and we are retired military! The attention to detail packing and caring for every item in our home was unreal! Friendly, punctual and responsive are just a few words to describe them!

Clark Transfer recently completed a move for my family, and I couldn’t be happier with the service that we received from this company! During the current crisis that our country is going through it was nice that a company was so professional, polite, on time, and energetic. The supervisors that were involved were in constant contact with me keeping me updated as changes came. Being active duty military as well as my wife being active duty military her being deployed, and me having two kids at home trying to move our house and our lives across the country this company made it extremely easy.
