Nice hanging up on someone and not renting to them because of leaving a bad review my last previous time. Maybe if yall did yalls jobs last time I wouldn't have left a bad review. And when I asked for written statement saying why I can't rent there you hang up on me? So got it i can only rent if I leave a good review 😂 but I'm not going to write a good review. The storage units it's self are fine the EMPLOYEES are horrible!
Renter BEWARE!! The Classic “BAIT & SWITCH” It Started out at one price, not long afer it doubled! And BTW, that “Introductory” price DOES NOT include the mandatory insurance, taxes and administrative fees. There are BETTER choices elsewhere.

So I'm curious on either the bad review or the fact that I was behind and still ended up paying for my months and then also gave a heads up that I was leaving and also that I also did leave. Y'all still contacted me after I left and I explained I already left and had emailed about it. So also, part of your job is when somebody doesn't pay you. Put the storage unit up for auction, so Literally, you're telling me the only reason that I am not allowed to rent there.

Update: I m changing my rating to 1 star because they recently went up $30 on my storage unit. I will be moving out as soon as I can because this seems like unnecessary price gouging. I’m sure they know that peoples budgets are already stretched. I would rather pack my garage with my items than allow them to do this. This was my old review.: Great customer service. Decent prices considering the economy. I moved out of one of my storages but I still have one there.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place because almost as soon as I had signed up, they raised prices by over 50%! Yes, over fifty percent. Totally unjustified, please shop around and find a place that won't price gouge you!

I’ve used many storage unit companies in the past, but none of them hold a candle to this location!!! Cindy and Andrea were both super courteous and worked with me on pricing, and also great for conversation. Facility is flawless, security is great with PIN codes and lots of cameras throughout! Air conditioning controlled units are nice and cool easing the hardships of moving. I also really appreciated the music they played throughout the facilities is a really nice touch!!!

Very simple registration process! I reserved an 8x10 unit with the first month for FREE!!! All I had to pay upon check-in was just $35 dollars. Very friendly staff. All the units are inside air conditioned buildings. Read that again. A/C while you’re moving things into your unit is a nice reward especially on a hot day plus your items are temperature controlled.

Amanda and Andrea are just excellent! Great customer service and very helpful. We showed up at the storage rental on the first day. The transaction and checking in was seamlessly. Efficient, we were able to immediately get into our unit very quickly. The storage facility was impeccably clean and each unit were perfectly spaced across to where even turning/moving furniture was easy. There were plenty of carts. While we were moving in, there were 2 others as well.
